It was great.

The room was large and very clean.. The people there were so nice, and so willing to get you anything you needed, water, ice. The breakfast was very good. They recommended the restaurant just down the street and it had the best pizza we have ever had. The food was great and very reasonable.

We liked everything.

It was next good experience and lovely days in Venice.

The atmosphere was greate, the personel and the owner of the family hotel were very helpful and kind. I was feeling like at home. I met there the most friendly dog ever - hugs for Dawid❤️‍🩹 I will come back there for sure.

Good location, simple standard

Very nice location. We stayed 2 Days. First breakfast was poor. We were offered coffee, for everything else we had to ask (ended up with 1 croissants). They had a buffet on the second day, which was quite good. I don't know why we made very different experiences within 2 days. Probably due to off season... So staff at the restaurant was rather unfriendly, everyone else was very nice and kind. They also have a big dog running around everywhere, but he is very friendly. The bus stop is right across the street, busses come about every 20 minutes. Easy to get to venice!!

The room was left unlocked after cleaning, we found it unlocked when we returned to the room in the evening. Better not leave any valuables!

Superb

The house is very clean, right next to the coastline, you can see the sea from the window, the scenery is very good. There is a bus station at the door, which is very convenient. Breakfast is delicious. The staff are very nice and the dog david is very friendly.

Nice little hotel on an interesting island

We visited Venezia Lido a little off season and we're glad to find a hotel at the southern end. We were greeted in a very professional and friendly way. The rooms are comfortable, and in the evening the heating was turned on. Thank you.

I found the mattress quite hard, but that's a personal opinion. It was a Monday night and restaurants in the area were all closed. Luckily the local cafe/bar fed us some toast 😊

Disappointing

The location is very good and there was an interesting schedule of concerts while we were there. The Hotel is nice and close to some very good fish restaurants.

Unfortunately the staff does not a very friendly behaviour and sometimes has rude reactions. The indoor spaces look shabby and poor attention is paid to comfort. Our room was in a bad condition and definitely needed a refurbishment (marks on the walls, broken finishing, broken shower sink and WC board). It's really a pity since the place has a huge potential!

Exceptional

The staff was great and very friendly. Rooms were big, internet worked really good, garden was lovely. Nothing to complain. Alberoni Beach nearby and bus stop in front of the house to go to Lido or Venice.

Perfectly located, authentic Italian looking hotel, nice garden, nice restaurants around, close to the beach

Italy is the country which is so proud for its lovely and tasty food, for warm welcomes and for so many other great things and sadly we missed a bit of these feelings but maybe the next time

Bad hotel at all

Nothing special.

Almost everything was bad. Specially , they wrote that they have aircondition. But they didn't have. They told that they closed their air condition water source. And they can't open it. They even didn't try to make me satisfy.

The worst hotel ever. They wrote air conditioner in their facilities, but i asked them three times and they told me, it's not possible , because they closed the water system. They wrote many things as a lie in their info
