The hotel is well situated in a quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful garden in the back with ample seating and umbrellas to maintain comfort during the summer. The breakfast is phenomenal and the staff is incredibly attentive. The room was well appointed and very comfortable with plush robes and slippers for both of us. I highly recommended staying here and we will be back for sure!

This building is amazing, it felt very authentic and the original style is maintained as much as possible. It is in a great location, away from the crowds with easy access to the vaporetto or to visit the sites on foot.

El hotel en general es perfecto para vivir la experiencia veneciana. Tranquilo y con gusto y muy bien ubicado.
Por poner un pero, mejoraría la variedad del desayuno y la forma de exponerlo.

Breakfast was great. Dinner was a great value. All staff recommendations were wonderful.
Room was dark and musty.

Really nice lobby areas and great staff.
Room was so small we literally didn’t even have anywhere to put our bags, cleaners didn’t restock the coffee & milk either.
4.5
The comfort of the bed. And the very friendly staff!

The hotel (palazzo) was amazing! Our room was a gorgeous chocolate brown- tastefully done.
The modern conveniences are there, worked around the original elegant theme. There IS an elevator (a big deal in Europe).
Breakfast offers a wide selection of goodies-eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, grains, yogurts, fruit, vegetables, juices & coffees. It’s advisable to add on the breakfast packaged as I didn’t see too much in the way of breakfast during my walks.
The staff was very helpful in finding me a hairdresser around town - I had a photoshoot but didn’t take my hair tools with me. The staff also called a water taxi for us when we left.
My husband & I are thankful to the management & staff for making our 25th anniversary very memorable. We deeply appreciate your attention to detail. Grazie!
Until next time, Paige & Albert.

Beautifully furnished room, perfect for a romantic stay. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Staff were helpful in facilitating a complimentary water taxi to Murano.
Shame the room did not have a water view or spa given the price payed

The Hotel was really beautiful and we just loved our stay. Great location and the staff were extremely helpful and I highly recommend this hotel.
The only negative is the floor boards above were very noisy, so you could hear the ppl above walking. Not bad if it was during the day, however there was a lot of stomping all hours. Not the fault of the hotel, it's an old building and little insulation between floors. due to exposed beams.

The suite was very luxurious in every way! We enjoyed the 5 star service, convenient location, and a wonderful breakfast and interior courtyard. Will definitely stay here again upon return to Venice.
Nothing!

Wonderfullly restored old palace with garden beneath the last Gondola building yard. Very friendly staff. Most important must-sees within walking distance.
Only bit was some smell from the drains. But I guess that's historic Venice.

Excellent hotel
Staff very competent and always friendly. Room very clean and also very quiet. Everything worked perfectly. Breakfast balanced and varied. Accessible via the vaporetto stop in a few minutes walk. Very happy to return.

The hotel is conveniently located, well renovated, beautiful paintings and antique furniture, lovely marble bathroom.
The room was clean.
The hotel staff are polite and helpful, but there is a feeling that the staff is not enough and they get tired.
Very pleased that we were given a more spacious room with a hallway with a sofa.
But the minus of that room turned out to be one small window that overlooked the wall of a neighboring building (at a distance of about a meter) and under window there was huge external units of air conditioners. There was no natural light in the room.
Breakfast is average, not very tasty and little choice. No cellular phone signal (Vodafone) at the room and bad Wi-fi signal at the same time.

Amazing location, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast!
We had some issues with the room temperature that were solved with the staff

Quiet location. Easy to reach. Beautiful building. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Bed was soo comfortable.
No air con. Not much staff around.
Young staff. Not much atmosphere in the Hotel, especially in the evenings.
We had a lot of noice from the next room and our safe wasn't working properly.
Side room with no view of canal.

public areas very elegant, staff lovely, breakfast excellent
room small & crowded

beautiful hotel - so pleased with our choice when we arrived, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. breakfast was good, and the location was perfect … just close enough to be able to walk most places in minutes, but far enough outside the hustle and bustle of the centre to ensure it was a peaceful stay. we would stay again.
a little disappointed with the size of the room for the price - just enough for a double bed and a little cramped, but it was beautifully appointed. it is a busy time of year though so this may have been the going rate for this size of room (c€400 per night)

Great breakfast, beautiful main rooms, comfortable bed, gorgeous bathrooms, kind staff, easy location -- well situated transportation and in our favorite part of Venice.
We were placed in a small room on the ground floor for our first night and could not get wifi or much sleep because of hallway noises. But the next day the manager kindly upgraded us to a superior room and it was perfect. We were grateful and very happy in it.

spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely professional and helpful staff
