Good place but some improvements

Location was great and the building nice, clean place and nice internal stuffs, bed was good and majority if new appliances. The guys I charge constantly ping u on whatsapp to make your stay confortable

There are extra policies like no visitors not published in booking, place is quite cold as there is a nice terrace but door doesn't close fully so it's cold and no heater. Safety box didn't work

Good location in a safe area. Ample and confortable apartment. Great bed.

Internet constantly disconnects. Not even a bottle of water in the kitchen. Undesirable Airbnb type of instructions.

Afdordable for area but would not return. Very slow internet and poor facilities.

Very poor internet (slow and would crash) No thermostat in room. they brought a space heater and it was still cold. leaky shower head. warm water but not hot. confusing directions (even my taxi driver was confused). zero extras, no detergent for laundry (not even 1 load) no cleaning products.

excellent location, great value apartment

fairly quiet for a big city, great safe location a block or 2 from Carolina park. we enjoyed the jardin botanica in the middle of the park a lot. also loved Prague pub for great food and beer. the close by mall QuiCentro was huge with high end designer stores as well as stores like H&M

found it odd that there was no temp control— it was a bit chilly but they had extra blankets

Good stay with great staff.

Excellent service and staff. The beds are very comfortable! The apartments had some issues but were resolved promptly. Thank you for helping us and resolving the issues when we reported them. We had some presents given due to the inconvenience. Thank you, we appreciated them.

Although the issues were resolved, the fridge was not working at the beginning then we were moved to another apartment (smaller), but the dryer was not working. The staff helped us and everything was resolved, but we wished our stay would have been stress free.

Good economical place for a night or two in a good location

very affordable, great neighborhood, secure and friendly staff, good sized apartment, washer dryer if you need

this was kind of a smoke and mirrors place. looks nice on first appearance but you’ll notice some shortcomings: there’s no way to control the temperature, there’s no drinkable water on site or in the unit, the TV didn’t work, the bathroom didn’t have any towel racks or even a toilet paper dispenser (don’t worry there was TP), the internet was a little spotty, and the bedroom windows were VERY thin. you could hear all the street noise including some construction happening. it felt like the windows were open even though they weren’t. overall this was an adequate place for one night and very affordable. but if you’re staying longer I’d factor in these things depending on how picky you are.

Comfortable place nice sized with good kitchen to prepare your foods.

Very comfortable place for short or long stays. Good kitchen although it lacked a coffee maker. Lots of restaurants close by. Property owners responded quite fast to my inquiries.

Internet became a little sketchy.

Safe zone, good value for price

it’s a full apartment for yourself, so you have everything you would need (kitchen, washing machine, dryer, etc.). it’s well equipped in case you want to cook your meals. also, there’s a lot of restaurants to visit within a 10 min walk

we had a lot of issues with the wifi. one night our room’s wifi just stopped working, so we had to connect to next door’s, but it was intermittent and not very fast, and since it was from the other apartment, it didn’t reach the whole apartment

I was impressed!

Fantastic apartment. Super comfortable bed. 45 min cab ride from airport. $15-20 each way. Very classy apartment. Perfectly clean, very spacious. Takes 5 min for hot water to arrive in shower. 24 hour security at front desk.
