Relaxing enjoyable stay.

Great location on a beautiful site. All the amenities were very good.

Property slightly in need of refurbishing. Definitely needs a new kettle. A mirror in the bedroom and a toaster would be easy additions.

A great weekend getaway apartment.

Lovely small Appartment with 1 bedroom. Sofa bed in living room. Location and amenities on the resort are outstanding. Beautiful setting with a great pool close by. Ideal for small family get away.

Slightly outdated and in need of some modernisation. Sofa bed was not very comfortable and made noises with every movement.

Excellent accommodation, POOR Customer Service!

There was a problem with reception regarding replacement of towels, we had agreed to pay for replacement towels on a daily basis, as towels are only replaced every 3 days, housekeeping service is every 3 days also. Unfortunately the towels never arrived to villa, and we collected at reception around 6.00pm, we never received towels thereafter, even though we had arranged to pay for them. Guy on reception had NO interest, as we booked the villa through Booking.com and not their official website! Very disappointed to see the difference in service (Lack of) because we did not book directly. When checking out, I raised my disappointment to guy on reception, by chance the general manager came by, and I reiterated my disappointment, unfortunately it fell on deaf ears with him also.

the pool closed at 6 which was a bit early as the weather was lovely. a few ants but that cannot be helped because it has a garden

The apartment was excellent. Had everything and location was great

The couch was riddled with ants 🐜 I messages the owner and told the staff bur owner ignored or did not see the message and the property staff did not care. Ruined my holiday with bites every time I sat down

enjoyable holiday in very pleasant accommodation with good communication with owner before and during our stay

good location. well equipped apartment with all we needed for our visit. good range of tv channels. lovely outdoor area with table and chairs surrounded by beautiful gardens around whole resort. l great swimming pool area on site with comfy sun beds

no complaints at all. would suggest that property would benefit having a dressing table with a mirror, a full length wall mirror plus full length clothes hanging rail in wardrobe

a lovely short trip

comfortable and compact- easy to get to everywhere- beach, restaurants etc

garden very shady-an advantage in the summer but very cold in the garden this time of year.

Reunion overnight stay

Close to our reunion venue. Quiet area. Very comfortable bed. Lovely small terrace for breakfast. Good TV stations.

Thin walls so could be noisy if you had neighbours. No tea/coffee/ milk so luckily had brought our own Kettle is a dreadful pourer. Quite pricey for an overnight stay

The house is a disaster. 0 in cleanliness, very dirty. The bathroom had to have a plumber come because it was flooding. The sink and shower are clogged. Check-in is two hours late, almost at 18h (Portugal time). As it belongs to an privare owner, the resort has it more neglected.

Unforgettable stay

It was very clean, with towels and a Nesspresso machine. Everything is close by. The owner was extremely polite and kind with great follow up. Looking forward to stay again longer soon. I highly recommend it.

Location and the kindness of the apartment owner

As we did the reservation through Booking.com we felt a little “abandoned” by the local staff as they didn’t attend to our simple requests (a toaster for example)
