this place had such a homey feeling and was so peaceful. it was perfect for our honeymoon . we loved that we didn’t have to drive other than to go out to the zoos and caves ect. there was tons of restaurants, coffee places, and shopping stores to walk to. we even had the cutest squirrel that would climb up our balcony in the mornings and evenings. there’s such lovely people all the way around and the views are breathtaking in the fall.
we loved everything and thought it was perfect!

The breakfast were varied and delicious. The location was perfect, we were practically downtown. Only a 5minute walk to be in heart of downtown.

Breakfasts were excellent.

The atmosphere is exactly as advertised, the location relative to downtown is amazing, the communication leading up to our stay was great and detailed, and the breakfast was timely and very satisfying.
The parking for Collette was tight and on a steep incline, but to be 100% fair we were warned by the venue beforehand and the owner did not build the city so this is not their fault. It didn't affect our enjoyment one bit.

great customer service. our air-conditioning quit on day 2 and they were quick to move us to another unit since the problem could not be resolved.

The Inn was fantastic and romantic in ambiance and location. The rooms were well appointed and thoughtfully staged. Nestled in woods behind Main Street it was charming and easily accessed.
The only problem with Cliff Cottage Inn was lack of personal human contact thru entire stay. No staff on premises. No one cleaned room, made bed or changed towels during our entire six day stay. All concerns were by text or phone call.

Charming and breakfast was wonderful
Never saw any staff. If you like that then this is the place for you

Breakfast was okay. Location is terrible, street is really just an alley.
Has a musty/moldy odor. Very poor lighting. Kinda creepy.

Close to everything but still remote and quiet

Great location, awesome facilities, very quaint and historic.
Room was not ready when we showed up, had to wait on the porch in 100 degree heat for an hour……bright side the staff made it up to us with some goodies.

Good location, comfortable bed, easy checkin.
Didn't get my dietary restrictions right even though I told them days in advance so I couldn't eat the breakfast, which was the core reason we chose this hotel over an Airbnb.

Loved all the unique decor and location. The breakfast they served was amazing, and a great add on. We stayed in the Robert Louis Stevenson room and they even had books written by him in the cottage. It was a great time and we loved the location and the set up we had especially for the festival. In downtown but away from all the crowds. The beds were absolutely amazing as well.
When we arrived, it was really confusing mainly due to the minimal parking. But again it is Eureka Springs.
The room was beautifully decorated, however we didn’t have any ice bags and there was a bunch of water left in the ice container when we arrived. Not a big deal, however trying to locate and run the ice machine was interesting. 😅 The bathtub does drain water so you do have to keep filling it up when or if you take a bath. Other than those things, it was a great time.

Everything was fantastic! The breakfasts served were freshly made, creative and delicious. The cottage was gorgeous; designed with originality, built with excellent craftmanship and appointed with class and imagination. The location was perfect for us, great restaurants a short walk away.
Lack of grab bars on the shower walls. Some of us seniors have trouble getting out of the tub and safely using the shower.

Very clean and perfect location for walking downtown!
The water closet didn’t have a door which made for an interesting weekend as newlyweds. Additionally, there was not enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi tub up so we were unable to use that which was a big reason I rented this place to begin with. The breakfast was too eclectic for our tastes. Would have loved a more “home cooked” option.

Such a charming room, location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to historic downtown.

Wonderful breakfast. Perfect location. Walk down some stairs and in town. Close to restaurants and shopping and attractions. Walkable area. Felt very safe. If you are not a walker there is a trolley.
Typically nice to meet the owners but we did not but that was ok in light of illnesses that go round and their efforts which are top notch to keep themselves and guests safe. The high dining taxes and other taxes in town.

Breakfast was not appealing to us. Location was ok
Maybe choice for breakfast

Check-in at the Cliff Cottage in still adheres to no-contact, which worked out just fine. There were plenty of instructions and notes to give us the information we needed (although it would have been nice to meet our lovely hosts). Breakfast was served to our room in the morning, and it was hot, tasty, and exactly the right amount. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch and the Zelda theme room made us want to learn more about Zelda Fitzgerald - especially loved the quotes of and about her to round out the experience.

Beautiful little cottage, cozy, comfortable. Excellent service and attention to guest's needs. Gourmet breakfast delivered to the door was excellent. As an artist and writer I found the accommodations conducive of creativity.
Well, one light switch in the bathroom was a bit tricky. Never did figure out where the light switch was for the living room. Nor did I ever figure out the thermostat.

The room was beautiful and well appointed. It is very convenient to everything in town.
There is nothing to dislike.

Themed rooms and location
Jets needed cleaned on jacuzzi tub. There was an unclear problem with check in.

Location is great. Room was beautiful. However, the sink and tub both had plumbing issues and backed up. It was pretty gross to think about taking a bath in it. Also, there is no full coverage to several windows for privacy and anyone can look in and see you.

This cottage was in the perfect location for dining and sight seeing in Eureka Springs. And yet, it's secluded just enough, to make time for relaxing with soft music in a jacuzzi .

Quaint, easy to find, parking great, breakfasts were delicious and room was clean and comfy. They went over and above to make our special day very special.
