We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Location was quiet and right by a trolley . The breakfast was excellent as well as the surprise cookies each day of our 3 night stay. Owner was very gracious and kind, gave us suggestions for shopping, eating, and activities. We were in the Hummingbird suite, which was very spacious.

The bed frame was older and creaky which created a lot of noise getting into and out of the bed, however the mattress was comfortable.

the best B&B ever been to.

Susan was amazing!!!! She basically guided our whole journey. Her suggestions and knowledge of the area and things to do were impeccable. The breakfast was amazing every day. This place is amazing. We sat on our porch every morning with coffee and had prayer time. We saw deer very close up and it was amazing. We rested and were so refreshed. We will definitely be returning.

Everything was AWESOME!!!!! Susan and tom are awesome Location is perfect.

Eureka Springs best kept secret is at the 5 Ojo Bed and Breakfast Inn

The drive to Eureka Springs is always enjoyable when you have the time. The location of the 5 Ojo Bed and Breakfast Inn along the trolley route was great. Parking was easy and just outside our door. The room was clean and met our needs very well. The hot tub was just behind the Inn and easy to access. The scenery while in the hot tub was amazing, including a few deer that walked by unfazed by our presence. However, all of that pales in comparison to the wonderful breakfasts that were served during our stay. We were served combinations of food that one would rarely think to serve together and it was amazing each day. This is definitely a go back to spot.

Exceptional

Very comfortable place, great location and outstanding innkeepers@5ojo with excellent hospitality. The breakfast was amazing. My girlfriend wants to go back to the hummingbird suite for a week stay. .I met Tom and talked with Susan and both are really great people. They care about there tenants that rent out their places. Great people!

The narrow roads in Eureka Springs. As for the place I stayed at, there was nothing negative about it.

Perfect get away spot for our Mother Daughter trip!!

Location was just outside of the main shopping area but still walking distance The property was nestled among trees and gardens and very quiet and cozy

The Inn keeper was friendly and prepared breakfast for us each morning The food was placed beautifully and very tasty This was a great place get a way for a few days There are a couple of hotels near by that offer exceptional Spa services and it was just a short 4 min drive from our location with parking available

Susan was a great host and went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes.

The property was inviting and each unit felt private. the grounds were well maintained and had nice gardens

the bed in our unit was way too soft. my husband ended up sleeping upright on the couch both nights due to back problems.

Comfort and value in a beautiful place.

Delicious breakfasts featured fresh, flavorful ingredients. The vegan breakfasts were amazing.

We hated to pester for ice and water. Maybe there could be a way to get ice and bottled water in the kitchen or parlor? The innkeeper had ice and water at our door in minutes, but we felt a pang over interrupting...

Recommend it to everyone!

The location was beautiful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh cookies in the afternoon were a wonderful bonus. Incredibly comfy bathrobes!

we had a very nice time in a great slice of Arkansas. weather could not have been better, as often there.

location close but away from bustle. we’ll set up, premium. comfy bed and robes. excellent breakfasts.

Surprised my wife with a 3 day weekend for the Passion Play and shopping. We were not disappointed

Romantic, clean, staff are top notch!

Have to be cautious the parking. But the whole town is that way…it’s built on the sides of hills.

Great stay. Would recomend to friends and family. Will stay again if we go back to Eureka Springs

Great stay! The way the rooms were set up is great for a couples retreat. Nice size tub that both can soak in. Room was clean. Breakfast was amazing and staff did small touches like bringing us cookies. It was within walking distance of down town (although it involves some hills). Only complaint I can make was the size of the fridge was a bit to small to keep all our drinks cold.

Love this place and I will return!

The room was gorgeous! The staff was super friendly and helpful! I food was delicious! I will definitely be back. It was the best place I have stayed in so far. I just loved the little cookies they left for me. The location was great.

There wasn't a thing I didn't love about this place! The whole stay was wonderful. I really don't have anything negative to say.

Very good

We loved the breakfast! Wonderful French toast, scones, frittatas and egg soufflés!

The only thing I didn’t loved was how we could hear our neighbors pretty clearly through the wall. It made it seem less private.

A unique experience in a unique place.

A unique experience in a unique village in the Ozarks. The breakfast food was very upscale and the facility was nice and not overly done with "cutesy" pseudo Victorian appointments but the location and access to restaurants would not appeal to everyone. We discovered that in Eureka Springs, things are either up or down and most of the eating facilities are down a hill. We like to walk and due to a lack of parking which is a citywide issue walking is the best option. However, one should be cautioned that over indulgence in adult beverages over a dinner or lunch on the "lower side" could make for a challenging return to your room on the upper side. The only issue we found besides the "hills" was the hot tube was closed for the season and the literature stressed that it was available....we even bought new swim suits. The 5 Ojo is a positive experience and hopefully this will prepare you for your first visit...

Overall, all was good but the location is not for everyone.....

Will definitely stay at 5Ojo again!

We celebrated my husbands birthday weekend and the breakfast was amazing both mornings. Susan and Tom (the innkeepers) have done a fabulous job of creating a wonderful place, especially for couples. Nice amenities and only an 8 minute walk into town, through a charming neighborhood.
