The room was big and with nice private pool and incredible view - and the staffs were amazing ( highlights of the place).

The jacuzzi inside was cold and with low pressure, room temp was funny to control. If u are not a cat fan, i didn’t appreciate them coming to my place and staring at me during breakfast every morning

This visit was our long awaited honeymoon, and it was as special as we hoped it would be.

The atmosphere was tranquil and restorative, with much thought given to the decorative details in this regard. (For example, lavender, mint, and rosemary bushes were right outside our door, along with lovely hibiscus and lantana flowers.) We could hear peaceful water sounds. The caldera view was stunning. The color scheme inside the suite was lovely and peaceful as well.) Somehow, the pool deck never gets too hot to step on! The double shower and jacuzzi tub were amazing.The breakfast was a huge highlight. There are many delicious choices, and we loved the option to be served in our suite. The daily visits from local kitties added a sweet charm! The staff were attentive, friendly, helpful, and kind. They answered our questions and helped us make arrangements (such as for transport) when needed. It is a bit far from the more populated spots on the island, but that is exactly what we wanted.

I truly have zero complaints.

Superb. A perfect tranquil relaxing luxurious base from which to explore the busier places

We loved the peace and quiet. There was nothing too much trouble for the staff. And the breakfast was luxurious

We would have liked to have been told that whilst the hot tub was private to us in the sense that it could only be used by us, it was not private to our room I.e. there was a communal path between our room and the terrace where the tub was located.

Bellow my expectations given the price

1-Most of the staff were nice 2- The hotel helps you get services like rental cars and taxis 3- Breakfast is good

1- Over-priced for the available services. 2- The view of the rooms are not great 3- Far away from all entertainment places 4- Some staff members are not flexible

everything, it was calm, quiet, peaceful, relaxing, staff friendly & polite, helpful and respectful, room was lovely as was our swimming pool, position with lovely views

Second visit

Still felt like new as it did in 2018. Beautiful hotel with incredible views. Suites are superb with lovely bedding, towels, robes and slippers. Food in the restaurant is also excellent. Late booking so it was also exceptional value for money.

Absolutely perfect! One of the best hotels we've ever been in! Everything was excellent, The room- I can't even describe it in words but I'll try, the room was huge, clean, a lot of space, the jacuzzi inside the room is like a pool and not a jacuzzi! The shower was amazing! The service was above and beyond, Excellent, kind, professional and helpful staff- Anna, Akis, Serafeim, Mary, Milena, Vasw and Hercules! Thank you♥️ The food was delicious, The pool and sitting area outside was perfect! The view was amazing! Thank you! You made our experience in santorini very special, we can't wait to come back ♥️

Having a wonderful time

The hotel is amazing! The staff is so kind and friendly. Everything is well organised. The view is breathtaking. The food especially the breakfast is awesome. The room was very comfy. Highly recommended.

Amazing resort

Amazing resort: great design, ample space in front of the room with little pool and relax space where to have breakfast or take the sun. The swimming pool is perfect, with view and super quiet. Personal very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that is in very quite area, but only 10-15 min from Fira and from main beaches. Very good also the trasfer from and for the airport.

Awesome stay

wonderful stay. the staff is very attentive, the facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi) are particularly well maintained and the room is comfortable (a very practical bathroom) the place is away from tourist villages and yet the view of the caldera is just magnificent and here we are quiet (with very good restaurants in the adjoining village)

Boutique style hotel, intimacy of the location, comfort of the room - the stuff was very sympathetic and helpful :-)

The place would be a piece of heaven without the back ground music playing all day long.

Better value than Oia, and amazing staff

Everything was perfect! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with complimentary Bellinis. The room was spacious, modern and clean with all the facilities. We had an amazing view of the caldera from our jacuzzi. The pool was beautiful and the staff we always around if you needed anything. The most delicious breakfast too!. The staff were always polite and helpful with a smile. I can’t rate this place enough! We were so sad to leave. And just down the road make your way to a restaurant called “a good heart”, best place to eat on the island. Fresh and tasty food, and not overpriced. Definitely recommend staying on this side of santorini. We experienced Oia as well, and it was disappointing compared to value for money and staff. Elements of Caldera, thank you so much for the amazing stay and now beautiful memories xx
