Convenient, safe location but cleanliness let it down
Lovely host, checked in after our first night to see if we had any queries or needed anything Well equipped kitchen Lovely private garden, beautifully kept Quiet residential location & safe parking Retail park 5 mins away with lots of shops and amenities and a separate Coop also very close by Very conveniently located for the show-ground Nice decor touches throughout Comfortable beds Air conditioning (remotes are hard to locate, eventually found in a drawer in lounge, should be more visible)
Had to phone the host to get the lock box code, was not sent to us in time for check in Not properly cleaned: dirty floors and bath; Cobwebs Not enough visible plug points in the bedrooms. Had to purchase adapter plug strips just to be able to charge two mobile phones overnight plus use the bedside lamp. Then just before we left we found more in the wardrobe! I will say that the host was lovely and super responsive and at any point I could have called to remedy anything or ask questions, however as we were only there for 2 nights and really just using it as an overnight base, it wasn’t worth it

Expensive given the location and standard of property.
The property was clean and well equipped
The bedroom curtains are very thin, no blackout lining of no blinds. The light flooded the bedrooms at 4:30am. The property was located in a residential site, didn't know where to walk or surrounding area.

Bigger on the inside than it appears.
The property was located at the end of a cull-de-sac so it was very quiet at night, even though there is a main road nearby. I had reservations about the property as the photos (to me) give the impression that the place is small. However this is not the case and the 4 of us fitted into the house very well. The big feature for us was the benefit of off road parking in front of the garage. A huge plus in Norwich.
The only thing I did not like was that the property could benefit from being redecorated and updating. However, it is a rental, not a home.

Great base for a family trip to explore Norfolk
Overall layout. Two toilets. Garden is excellent!
The creakiest staircase I’ve ever encountered

Nice property for a family of four. House was very clean and comfortable.
Location was perfect in terms of the attractions we visited. Roarr Dinosaur Park and Bewilderwood are 20 minute drives and Yarmouth is only just over half an hour away. There is also a Co-op petrol station just around the corner which was very handy for any requirements.
Nothing really to dislike. The property served us perfectly for the type of holiday we had set out for. Out during the day and a base for us at night time.
