Fabulous place to stay

We always love staying here, great relaxed atmosphere in the middle of the old town. The staff were very helpful, our room was ideal with the most comfortable pillows.

The lighting in the bar area is a bit bright at night, although we usually sit outside where the lighting is perfect

Always a pleasure

It's a very well designed hotel, the rooms and the communal areas which is very pleasing

It's very quiet in the evening, there's the lovely courtyard and no one is there, drinking or eating.

Lovely lady at reception and great breakfast.

Wish we had known that twin bedded rooms didn’t have terraces as we wouldn’t have booked the superior room if we had known. We only had a couple of very small windows so not much natural light.

Trip for two

Perfect location. Almost all infrastructure and sightseeings you may need is on 2 min walk distance, except of sand beach (beach - 15 min walk or 7 min by bike). Cozy rooms in good schape. Small swimming pool is on the top floor (but we preferred beach). Nice breakfasts. Free bikes and free beach towels. Helpful staff (helped us with car rental and advice us nice places to go).

Quaint, funky, great little rooftop pool. Large breakfast buffet on offer. Located right opposite the cathedral in the old town.

Absolutely brilliant, really positive experience and very relaxing.

The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is brilliant, personal service offered, good choice of food and very well presented. The breakfast timings are flexible and the breakfast area was never crowded. The rooms are well cleaned and very well maintained.

The restaurant food selection is limited compared to how it was pre Covid. Hot tapas/food stops at 4.30 which means going out for food or dinner. In previous years hot food was available for evening meals.

Superb base for a Palma-weekend

Location, location, location. A superb base for a Palma-weekend. Endless options for tapas & drinks (and shopping) along the streets around the hotel. A magnificent view of the cathedral from the rooftop. Helpful and friendly staff.

Perfect location, great views

Perfect location to explore, close to lots of restaurants, all the sights, a taxi rank, and the view from the rooftop pool area is amazing. The breakfast was nice and the staff helpful, and the place itself was pretty.

Beautiful authentic Central Hotel

Right in the centre of the restaurant & bar area. Close to the marina & Cathedral. Lovely staff and a delicious breakfast. Very helpful & would stay there again. Really good value for money & ideal for what we needed.

Difficult to park nearby so taxi may be better

An exquisite little palace in the middle of Palma

the layout of the room is very smart and practical in addition to being beautiful. A big comfortable shower with lots of beauty products. the location of the room, viewing an inner silent and idyllic courtyard. the breakfast buffé is very generous. smiling and helpfull staff.

the sliding door between wc and bathroom was making more noise than preventing any.

Wonderful stay for end of season

Good options for fruits and sweets.Good coffe.I loved the energy drinks(small shots).

I was expecting more Spanish options apart from tortilla ,chorizo and seets. More options to chose on hot food would have been nice

We loved our first stay in Palma. Will definitely be back in the future.

Breakfast was superb! Staff very friendly. Shared spaces were beautiful. Background music was enjoyable. Location was superb. Security was excellent.

Size of the bed (tiny for two people). Thin mattress. Lack of natural light and no view in our room 103.

Fantastic hotel. SUCH a shame about the loud music

Breakfast outstanding!! A huge variety on offer.

The unbelievable noise from the cocktail bar playing exceptionally loud classical music into the early hours of the morning and the noise of their clientele till 3 in the morning.
