Exceptional

The commuication with Noemí, Darius and Irene was so clear from the start. They were very welcoming and answered any queries we had in a timely manner. On arrival Irene was lovely and she explained everything about our stay. A big thanks to her for the kind jesture of leaving us a bottle of cava and chilled water. The information pack was very helpful from advice on where to eat, what to visit, supermarkets and the general housekeeping rules. The location on a beautiful little square with plenty of restaurants made it feel like being right in the thick of the life in the old city. Thanks again, Elizabeth

Very enjoyable week's holiday in a well specified, clean and comfortable property.

The apartment was very well located, on a quiet street, in the old city, near the Cathedral and the marina area - however less convenient to the central transport hub. It was also well-equipped with all domestic appliances, furnished in a modern style and spotlessly clean. A bonus was the residents - only rooftop terrace equipped with deck chairs, tables etc. Thanks to Dario for checking us in after our later than scheduled arrival, and for other occasional help.

The sound insulation with adjacent buildings ( and between levels within the building ), could have been better. However, to be fair, this was not a major problem due to the low occupancy rate in the other apartments within the building at the time of our stay. The TV appeared (?) to provide only Spanish language channels. Perhaps I missed the correct programming, but in any event, it would have been good to have had easy access to a few channels in English.

Wonderful long weekend in a beautiful apartment in the middle of the lovely old town of Palma.

The location is fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere.

unfortunately the fridge broke down but the electrician came as quickly as possible and fixed it.

An excellent location which we would use again if we go back.

Location was excellent with a view over the square and really close to all the main sights. Dario our host was great at keeping in touch and showing us how everything worked. He met us personally to do this. Apartment was clean and well equipped.

We really liked the location because we liked the buzz of the square outside with bars and restaurants and we quite liked hearing people out and about at night. However, if you want somewhere very quiet you need to be aware that you can hear the street life outside until quite late.

Charming, if you are small people with little luggage.

Right in the center of a charming part of old Palma. Beautiful view from the windows onto a nice square with bars. Adequately equipped kitchen.

WARNING: Extremely narrow entrance stairway and extra small bathroom. If you are of more than delicate frame, you will get stuck. Impossible to get a larger suitcase up into the living room. Get used to a lot of street noise.

Fantastic location. Property manager Noemi was great, helpful with parking and always responsive. Loved the modern apartment, kitchen well stocked. Nice welcome for New Years - chocolates, cold champagne, gourmet teas, coffee.

Superb

It's a very nice apartment just in the centre of the town. Everything is very near to reach and the apartment is very well equipped. It has a nice big kitchen with all the kitchen stuff you can need. Actually, we didn't find anything to complain about. The host was very friendly, he wrote me before our coming and gave me all the information I needed to find the place and even where to park (old town - paid option only). He met us on the street and let us in when we arrived.

We liked everything :) Nothing to complain about.

Superb

Lovely clean apartment. Separate bathroom & additional separate toilet great when just friends or non family members staying. Nice sized terrace. Excellent location near Palace, Cathedral harbour & shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend accommodation.

Apartment was 4 floors up with no lift which was difficult with luggage on arrival/departure but the converse waswe had the benefit of the private outdoor terrace with table & chairs. Some smaller pans & a microwave would have been useful.

Very good

Location, Location, Location. Walk everywhere. Close to shops and restaurants. Bus /taxis to beaches. Bathrooms were good size as were bedrooms. Overall it was great! I would book again!

A little worn but fine. . Beds were a little uncomfortable. Kitchen was tight.

The apartment was very central so easy to pop back and forth with shopping, getting changed to go out for dinner, etc. Although there is no balcony there is a nice shared terrace at the top of the apartment block.

Apartment was a little dark so we had to keep the lights on most of the time but overall it was a nice apartment and we would return there.

The location is perfect for getting around everywhere is walkable.

A fantastic apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment was situated in a perfect location and the host Noemi made a special effort to get our keys to us on arrival rather than having to wait until the normal check in time and this was very much appreciated.

Excellent location, great views

You absolutely cannot beat the location and the views from the apartment. It was chilly and rainy during our visit but the private patio is such a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have two bathrooms. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment has a great location near the port and the cathedral. The kitchen and bathroom equipment is perfect, we did not miss anything. There is a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine. A bottle of wine was waiting for us in the refrigerator. Very nice and practical is the roof terrace with beautiful views of the city. The contact person was Noemi, her care and communication with her was amazing. We have good experience with taxi services, transfer from and to the airport was without problems. There are several restaurants on the small square near the apartment. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Location, reverse osmosis water filter, complimentary bottle of Cava and mineral water.

Bathroom was not clean and it was impossible to get out of the shower without the floor being totally flooded from the dripping shower doors. Bed was in a really tight spot with hardly space on each side to get in and out.

location was superb and Gaston was very helpful when we had some problems. Having heating was useful as the weather was wet and chilly

More furniture required ie at least a small table by the plug area in the lounge for charging phones etc there was a lack of decent lighting, lamps etc. No hooks whatsoever in bedrooms, we had to hang our towels in the wardrobe on hangers. Double bedroom very dark. Hot water very erratic and certainly not enough for four showers - let alone a bath
