Everything was great, asked for gluten free stuff for breakfast and as promised it was served
1 night had no water to shower

The staff were so warm and caring. It was a hot day and we were given cold water on our arrival. Really thoughtful.
The pool is amazing and a good size room.

I liked how it included bfast. The price was very reasonable. My room and bathroom was clean. daily maid service
I was charged twice but I did receive a refund.

Great value for money. Stayed one night and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. A small room but that was fine for one night. Handy to walk from the PORT. Breakfast was adequate. Pool looked inviting unfortunately the weather was cloudy and not warm.

The room was amazing, very spacious, comfortable bed and the younger guy on reception was very helpful and had great customer service skills, he went above and beyond to ensure a great experience was had.
The pool was closed off and hadn’t been cleaned albeit it was windy, it would have been nice to spend some time sunbathing around the pool. I particularly chose this hotel and spent the extra money on it as the room came with a bath only to be told when I asked for a plug for the bath that it was forbidden to take baths and they were unable to give me a plug. I find that absurd, considering you would use less water in a bath than in a shower. There was also strange noises at night and the walls weren’t very sound proofed, you could hear everything in the halls and other rooms.

Location was ok, within walking distance from the Port (approx 6mins) so that was good.
We appreciate we travelled out of season so imagine it would be better with the pool open and sun shining!
Most importantly, we were asked to leave the key at reception each time we left the hotel which we did the first day. However, when we got back the first night there was nobody at reception and all the keys for all rooms were left on the desk, accessible to anyone walking in from the street. From then on we didn’t leave our key at reception as we didn’t feel safe to do so.
There was also a continuous noise coming from the bathroom pipe/ fan which was very disturbing as it was every 5-15 seconds at all times including during the night which made sleeping difficult.
The TV in the room didn’t work at all.
The breakfast was very basic.

We had a lovely stay, and the staff at reception were very accommodating. Our ferry was cancelled and so we ended up leaving very late in the day, but they allowed us to store our luggage and use all the communal facilities for as long as we needed even after checking out.

amazing pool, clean, great location

Pretty good location, 15min walk to the port, the beach and the restaurants. Nice bakery right next door, beautiful pool we didn’t use. AC worked well. Host kindly brought us an extra pillow.
Breakfast options were limited for 5euro, very unconfortable beds (could feel all the springs in the matress). Horrible wifi. Could hear the noises in the hallways and the rooms next to us, but still pretty calm clientele.

great value for money
should have been cleaner

Bed was OK but one flimsy sheet for cover
Could not get safe to work. TV also not working. Shower floods bathroom as in many Greek hotels but floor drain never collected the water. Water never more than lukewarm. Man at the desk gruff and couldn't work safe either... Everything was wait for the day guy. You have to leave key with desk so sort of felt insecure and felt like carrying passport rather than hassling more with safe or attitudes of staff. Not even gracious about leaving baggage for an hour when checking out and only place to leave bags coming in or out is public place in the lobby. Nothing is very far in this town but this place is pretty much of a walk and there is no continuous sidewalk to roll a case the several blocks. Probably worth a few bucks to be closer in.

the pool is amazing!! reception team are always on hand and very friendly. The pool bar is good price for a little afternoon drink :)
the breakfast is okay for the price, but could be a little more to offer
2.5
Not a lot , the best thing to come out of this place is Alex the pool /odd job man he was excellent in helping me sort room etc after mix up although george did sort
Having stayed in various budget hotels in Greece and hospitality was 1st class , they didn't seem bothered , breakfast was bland and average , you'll get better value elsewhere in paros for sure , sorry for poor review just being honest

location was close to the beach
this is more like a hostel and suits young people. room could have been cleaner and the air-condition was playing up

different photos on the site from the actual room, which was much worse.

the pool is warm
asked for rooms together as we are a family of 5 - didn’t get. one room on totally different floor even though I requested this months ago. didn’t feel particular safe.
asked for a Pimms at the bar - no lemonade!
noisy neighbours with house music playing. had to complain but at least they did something about it.
opposite a backpackers hostel.

Most of the staff were lovely.
We had booked 2 triple rooms as we were 4 adults and 2 children, but the manager said he was only expecting 4 adults, so they had one room with 3 beds and one with 2, they did put in a camp bed. But manager was always difficult and very often rude to guests and staff. We have been to the Polos before and it was family run and they welcomed families, now they have a manager, and it is manly coach parties of teenagers, who are there to party.
4.0
perfect location, quiet area, the staff was really helpful.
The room wasn’t very modern so you get exactly what you pay for. What bothered me the most was that the room was dirty and not well cleaned. There was a lot of dust on surfaces, mold on the shower curtain and toothpaste stains on the toilet sink.
2.5
Pool area was nice and you could eat your breakfast outside in nice surroundings. Breakfast was ok.
We had chosen and paid for a room for 2 with view and balcony. We got a budget room in the basement which felt like a store room full of beds, a bunk bed and two beds. We asked to get a room which we had paid for but it was not possible to arrange. We needed to go back to reception many times and then require discount as we did not get what we had paid for. We got the discount in the end and breakfast free of cost. But when you are on holiday this is not what you expect to happen in the first place. We cannot recommend the hotel.
