Very convenient Hotel to stay in when using the ferries.

Great location in town with easy parking at the hotel or down the side road.Very comfortable,the breakfast is very good and enjoyable.WE will use the hotel again next time we are passing through.

Enjoyable stay but the stairs were a problem for us

Little Gem

Everything .We loved this cosy small hotel which had style and ambiance .Super staff .Clean and charming with parking

Disapointing amd very expensive. We did not stay we moved .

Thé location is good.

Thé room was too small for four people. There was a spade bed in the room that was not pulled out ready to use because the room was too small. The staff do not stay at the property . We were three floors up and on our own with small children and one of the members of our party felt very uncomfortable and anxious . So we decided to book another hotel. We had been travelling for many hours and our ferry had been cancelled this was a stopover. The charges were higher than on the board outside the hotel.. and when we tried to cancel we did not get a refund not even a partial refund . The rooms are okay for two people not four as advertised.

Very friendly and helpful man on reception. The room was OK for a budget hotel. No noise from outside but soundproofing not so good between rooms. Luckily our neighbours were quiet

quiet stopover en route to Ouistreham ferry.

short overnight stop before taking the ferry. good location, short walk up to the beach, restaurants and cafes in close proximity - and the ferry departure 5 minutes away.

Pleasant stay and very convenient.

Location in relation to ferry great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very pleasant.

A good location for Brittany ferries. Clean and comfortable if basic. Located by restraunts and cafe's. Parking is good at the rear of the building. Only downside is the stairs. No lift!

It was ok for what was required but perhaps a little expensive for the standard of room.

Comfortable bed and good hotel location near restaurants.

Pretty basic room with little space. Ok for one night but wouldn’t like to have stayed longer. Helpful staff!

lovely location, lovely building, helpful staff but over priced in my opinion.

the location was fab and the building beautiful, the rooms with balconies were also nice. lovely to sit with the doors open and catch the last bit of sun whilst watching the world go by.

the room was really hot and small, this was a suite, but was tiny with a double bed and double bed settee, however when pulled out it filled the whole room. no room to move really.

Just what we wanted.

This is a lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. I would happily stay there again. And I would recommend it to anyone arriving to Ouistreham, especially from a tiring ferry trip.

Almost perfect stay

the staff was very helpful and kind. the location of the hotel is excellent. 500 meters from the sea shore in a touristic street with plenty of restaurants and shops. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. the sound insulation of the window was perfect.

Room for improvement!

The staff were friendly and the location was good. Hotel room was very clean.

Not enough car parking spaces nor details about where to park. No hot water in the morning and then no water at all as works being carried out. Very noisy inside the hotel with doors slamming and floorboards creaking. No coffee or tea facilities.
