Un hotel barato.

El desayuno

Llegué y había agua (creo) en el piso de la habitación, en recepción me dijeron que no había nadie para limpiar y si yo lo podía hacer, asique lo limpie con una toalla de manos. Luego el baño tenía hongos y la puerta de la ducha estaba rota y cerrada mal. En la pared había térmicas que ni tenían su tapa y estaban a plena vista, quedaban muy feas. El control remoto de la tele no tenía pilas asique tuve que usar las del aire y el frigobar tenia la bebida caliente. En fin, el precio que pague en función del servicio prestado me pareció excesivo.

Good hotel in a great location with friendly staff.

Location opposite the beach, friendliness of the staff, a room with a balcony overlooking the sea and air conditioning that worked well.

Breakfasts are good but not exceptional -the croissants could be better

we were in the older tower. rooms were small and bathroom tiny. bed wasn’t comfortable at all. breakfast very basic. We had stayed last year but weren’t impressed this stay

Money's worth for location

You cannot beat the location. The property is directly across from the public beach access. Just walk across the street. It was why I booked the quaint hotel. I put up with the squeaky bed and the bad smell from the bathroom toilet if you didn't leave the toilet seat down and the fan on.

A very poor nights sleep

Check in was easy. Staff pleasant.

Extremely noisy with paper thin walls & a large school group partying very late in the hotel. Even without that, it is very noisy. I got virtually no sleep. Also linens - one thin sheet on bed, no blanket or doona. Very thin towels & limited water pressure in shower

The hotel was the worst 3* hotel I have ever seen in my life. Dirty, falling apart and uncomfortable, disgusting breakfast! I will never go back there!

Good place to stay out of center but easy reachable by public transport.

Our flight was delayed with several hours and the staff was helpfull with our very late check in. The room was very spacious. Allthough situated in an old building the rooms are very well equipped and excellent heat isolated.

Fortunately, I had reserved and paid just a night by error, I was so happy to leave at noon...

Good material (but my bedsheets had a hole in the middle).

Motor of air conditioning just beside my window ! Not enclosed in a formwork. We hear it when the window, and it is far worst when it is open ! Horrid doors to slam to close, with horrid isolations of walls, and in general everywhere here. Some people of the team very noisy late. Greasy standardized breakfast.

our room key didn’t work. we were moved to another room , very small, small bed, very uncomfortable and the mattress sank in the middle all night

Overpriced for the poor experience, the state of the hotel isn’t worthy for such a price. Do not recommend.

The location at the beach, the size of the room and the small bottle of sparkling wine in the room.

The room wasn’t clean (the shower had a lot of stains) and overall really old and used. The breakfast buffet was really small and we didn’t have a lot of options. The hot tub/swimming pool was very small and not made for adults 😅 The staff wasn’t really fluent in English and not very friendly.

Pleasant and relaxing stay in this low key and friendly hotel.

Didn’t have breakfast, but bed was comfortable. Room was quiet, terrace was fab.

Facilities eg shower rather in need of updating/ maintaining. Ditto hooks on wall.

3 nights in Ostia

Great location, only a couple meters from the beach. It had AC and a varied buffet breakfast. The staff was helpful. Overall a nice environment.

It wasn't clean. Uncomfortable bed. My Miss Dior perfume "went missing" (keep all valuables LOCKED). Overpriced drinks at the Hotel (would recommend to drink directly on the beach and buy water/sodas at the supermarket, there's a Conad 200 m from the hotel). SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS: this has nothing to do with the hotel, but still: if you're going to Il Delfino (the private beach across the street), watch out for the lifeguard Juan. he's an impostor.
