Für den Preis absolut ok.

Preis - Leistung ist gut. Tankstelle, Lidl gegenüber und zu Fuss ist man schnell im Herzen von Sachsenhausen.

Das Personal ist teilweise seltsam und nicht besonders engagiert. Der Frühstücksraum ist gefühlt zu klein und erinnert mehr an eine grelle Kantine.

Avoid.

Breakfast was fine

Rooms were very small with windows being on the verander, which meant at 4 AM we were woken up by some people standing outside our windows, smoking cigarettes and talking loudly, which didn't let us sleep after. Remote Controll was very nasty and oily. Overall bad experience.

エアコンがあり快適でした。

エレベーターが小さくて少ないので時間がかかること。まだ部屋にいるのに外に係の方が出て行くのを待っていて、一度ノックされて急がされたこと。

Das Hotel ist wirklich Kult

Das Hotel liegt strategisch super. Die Sachsenhauser Restaurants in der Nähe sind alle super. Gegenüber ein Lidl. Zimmer auf Topp-Niveau. Zu Fuß in zwanzig Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Anderes Zimmer bekommen als gebucht

Die Lage war ok

Das über booking.com gebuchte Zimmer mit entsprechendem Upgrade haben wir nicht erhalten. Wir hatten einen winzig kleines Doppelzimmer an in dem die Wände schon stark ramponiert waren. Auf den Hinweis hin, dass wir ja ein Upgrade haben über booking.com wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das in dem Hotel kein Mensch interessieren würde. Man hat dann verzweifelt versucht überhaupt ein Zimmer für uns zu finden, weil man da wohl nichts eingeplant hatte. Bin froh dass wir nicht in der Besenkammer übernachten mussten.

Komfortabel übernachten - Sachsenhausen fußläufig

Tolles Frühstück mit ausgezeichneter Auswahl Käse! Gute Lage für einen Abend in Sachsenhausen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter!

Superb

Great breakfast! Although it's a little off the beaten path, it's close to two train stations and a tram stop. The air conditioning didn't work in my first room, and that worried me, but they changed me into a room with working air right away. Good service and great place.

I wish I could have stayed longer

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. I loved the hotel, the location and the ease of getting there.

I had to move to another hotel to start a Coach Tour through Germany.

Superb

This was my third stay this year,I use Hotel Cult because I get great value. The hotel is an ideal location which gives you a very enjoyable walk into the middle of the City. As a lone traveller I feel very safe walking in & out of the City day or night. The locality also has all the facilities needed nice restaurants interesting buildings & a real nice character to it. The buffet style breakfast is realy great value it has plenty of choice & everything is fresh. Lots of fresh fruit, lovely selection of cheese including lovely soft cheese. Plenty of eggs, scrambled or boiled. There are also a selection of german sausages on offer. A great selection of bread,sliced or you can choose from a variety of hot seeded or plain rolls ,white or brown. The usuall juices & all the coffee you can drink is dispensed from the self service machines. If you are a meat eater then there is a great choice of cold meats also available. All included in your room price so its great value. Almost forgot the bathroom facilities are very good, soap is supplied but best of all is the power shower. Abundant hot water beautiful fresh feeling towels. Bed linen is modern fresh and clean with lots of big pillows. The rooms have a good stocked mini bar and a great big screen T V. Almost forgot Lidl is across the street and a well stocked petrol service station is a short step away. Public transport is at most 2 minutes away, getting you to the airport in 35 minutes. Perfect just perfect.

No tea & coffee making facility in rooms. No other dislikes

Pleasant

Clean hotel and good beds. Location to metro is good but you need to take it to get to the city center. Breakfast is good (especially the coffee) but not much variety. All in all decent value for money.

We were woken up twice in the evening by the fire alarm which turned out to be a technical issue. Worse is that, although parking is free in the street it is really hard to find a space and then it is hard to park the car as it is on a curb.

very excellent and very impressed, I will definitely stay in this hotel again when revisit FRA.

The check-in is very smooth and fast, the staff is speaking good english and very attentive. The room is up to my expectation, it is big for solo traveller like me, washroom is clean and simply designed. Location is very close to Muhlberg Train Station in S-line. Not forget to mention the breakfast, the breakfast is nice and very good quality for the price I paid. The cleaning staff also very good, trash bag and floor mat in the washroom changed everyday.

At my time of travel, the lift is not working from time to time. It's quite hard for me to move my luggage without the lift as I was staying on the 3rd floor. Hard time only when carrying luggage, when bringing nothing, stairs is OK.

It's a really nice and clean hotel. The rooms are not big, but they are comfortable. Good that it's close to the S-bahn, also there are shops nearby.

Please add some cream cheese to the breakfast plate :)
