Lots of room for improvement

Entertainment. Kids enjoyed the silent party and dance show. Beach was just steps away. Clean rooms. Linked to two other hotels that you could walk to and dine. Loved dining at the Marco Polo.

Self slamming doors that made noise all day and night when people left their rooms. I didn't have a good night sleep until I got ear plugs. The pool was an inconvenience as it didn't have natural stairs leading in and out. There were concrete lounge chairs in the pool that were dangerous and blocked you from properly entering certain areas of pool. Just a poor design and difficult for elderly to navigate. Lack of communication from front staff. Didn't explain that it was linked to two other hotels where we could dine as well.

La comida muy rica, en especial Restaurante Italiano, también el Restaurante Maco Polo una delicia, el personal en lo general muy amable, las instalaciones son cómodas y las áreas de snack muy rico.

Seria bueno que al llegar se de mas información del hotel, ya que si entregan un mapa, pero seria bueno que te comenten todos los servicios para aprovechar mas, Creo que el área infantil podría mejorar, El personal de área de niños podría ser mas amable. falta personal para el área de albercas.

Great experience

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and the included minibar was a nice touch since it was stocked minimally but with what we needed- water, soda, beer.

The food was decent but not amazing. Drinks were okay but hard to drink in the cups provided and no straws on the property. I would recommend bringing your own drink cup to keep the drinks cold.

Excelente dias em que passamos hospedados.

Gostei de praticamente tudo que foi oferecido no período da minha hospedagem, a comida, o atendimento dos funcionários, a estrutura do hotel, a limpeza, as bebidas no bar, e a localização na praia. Foi tudo excelente.

Na área da piscina achei um pouco tumultuado as espreguiçadeiras, período em estive hospedada estava bem cheio, senti falta de recreação para crianças.

La playa muy linda

El hotel desbordado de gente, servicio en las mesas escaso. El espacio exterior no es suficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes. No había lugar en las sillas exteriores, no había lugar en las mesas exteriores, los tragos que servían eran pésimos.

A melhor comida oferecida eram dos restaurantes ala carte e você só podia reservar um por dia , os buffes eram satisfatórios. As atrações oferecidas foram muito legais e o hotel em si é bem confortável e tem uma estrutura completa para aproveitar os dias de all inclusive.

O banheiro do nosso quarto tinha um problema de esgoto, no qual exalava um cheiro horrível e ficou impossível a utilização do mesmo, durante uma noite e um dia inteiro, minha amiga chegou a vomitar com o cheiro. O hotel não resolveu o problema e tivemos que tomar banho no vestiário coletivo. E outros banheiros do hotel também apresentavam o mesmo cheiro de esgoto horrível.

La atención de la recepción muy buena y que lo dejan quedarce más tiempo si lo nesecitan

La comida no estuvo muy buena la del rancho sobre todo muy poca variedad en el almuerzo, también el room service no nos quicieron llevar comida después de las doce de la noche cuando nos indicaron que era 24 horas, los bares a las 12 ya no siguen atendiendo. Cuando en los todo incluidos son 24 horas. No volvería a ese hotel la verdad.

Lugar realmente lindo, mas atendimento e alimentação deixam a desejar.

Piscina maravilhosa, acomodação limpa, bebidas geladas no bar da piscina.

Da reposição do frigobar. Quando chegamos no hotel fomos informados que poderíamos pedir quantas reposições fossem necessárias, porém todas as vezes que pedimos nos foi negado, ou seja, só havia a mesma quantidade de água (se não me engano 4 por dia), cerveja (3 por dia) e refrigerante (2 por dia) no frigobar. Achei lamentável a postura dos funcionários do bar da piscina. Como em qualquer ALL inclusive algumas pessoas acabam bebendo mais do que deveriam e eventualmente trocam as palavras, precisam de ajuda para encontrar seus parentes e podem repetir muitas vezes as mesmas perguntas. Tanto o segurança da piscina quanto os funcionários do bar da piscina riam entre si e bebochavam bastante dos hóspedes quando isso acontecia. Uma total falta de respeito e postura no trabalho. Não acreditei que veria um comportamento desses num resort em Cancún. Os alimentos dos restaurantes. Obviamente o resort recebe pessoas de todos os lugares do mundo, porém os alimentos são basicamente regionais. Tivemos dificuldade com a alimentação restrita e apimentada, com poucas opções de carnes, grãos e carboidratos. As comidas eram repetitivas e todas com o mesmo sabor forte e apimentado. Não comemos bem.

Great AI option for a family trip

The staff is really hardworking and helpful with very rare exceptions. The pools and the beach are great. The restaurant (breakfast and dinner) is amazing with lots of food options, never waiting too long for drinks at the bars. Great value for the airport shuttle. Good location if you're coming from the airport.

Be sure to schedule your airport shuttle more than 72 hours ahead. Food selection at the lunch buffet could've been better. Marco Polo restaurant - can easily skip. Wi-Fi is pretty bad in the room. Overall, the room was quite dated.

The property overall was ok. It looks old, but all-in-all it is ok. Very nice was the heated jacuzzi.

It was old. The restaurants options were booked very quickly and therefore we needed to go to the buffet which was so-so and very often the same. Loud music in the lobby and not really a place to “chill”. Very bad WiFi! No connection if you are outside the lobby.

Ok stay, probably won’t come back again

The location is very convenient. Super Easy beach access. Clean and the entertainment was fun.

Room keys barely worked, need to be reactivated a few times during a 5 night stay. Hotel is noisy at late hours. Reception staff was very slow at check in and not so helpful when being asked something.

Buenísimas vacaciones!

Todo el personal es súper amable!, el menú es variado y DELICIOSO. La habitación es amplia y estaba limpia. Tienen bastantes actividades desde la mañana hasta la noche y cuentan con un teatro. El servicio a la habitación está incluido con el precio y puedes pedir 24/7 igual puedes pedir más botellas de agua y sodas a la habitación sin costo adicional. Los de la recepción también fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron a imprimir un documento que necesitábamos para realizar un tour. Definitivamente volvería a este hotel.

Lo único malo es que no tienen camastros bonitos en él área de la playa, solo tienen las sillas normales. Pero al menos para mi, no tiene gran importancia.

Easy Beach access, baby park was helpful, buffet style food easy and decent, staff was very helpful and friendly. Entertainment was fun

Older, fairly outdated, too much pushing sales for timeshare/excursions, the “kids club” was unable to be used at all for our almost 2 year old and 3.5 year old. We didn’t plan to leave them, just wanted something else to do to entertain them and play with them inside, but were turned away multiple times. The kids slides had to be the kids going by themselves and our kids were afraid to climb up the stairs alone. We just wanted to help them get up, but were told no (even through there was a pre-teen girl who was literally the same size as me riding the slides). It was just sort of hard with little ones bc there was limited access. The shows were a good idea but my kids were knocked out before the start times, wish they were earlier options.

It was the worst hotel I have ever been. Smell terrible, strong mold smell in rooms, dirty everywhere, food horrible. The staff were working hard to be polite and nice, but he Hotel itself can’t help. AVOID AVOID.

Very good

Daniel at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Ghino, who was a consultant for the hotel was also helpful. Staff was very friendly, my kids loved the pizza and the pools were always clean. The kids were very happy with the facilities. The staff was great, the location was perfect. 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the city.

Someone stole my son's shoes. Not the fault of the hotel or staff. Not a major thing, but it took over an hour for staff to deliver wash cloths. But not a major deal.
