Bonito pero personal mal motivado o mal supervisado.

Ubicación.

Se ve que el personal no está motivado, el de la agencia de viajes calidad bien amigable da confianza ahora el resto recepcion, restaurante y de limpieza de habitaciones aun les falta. Y en el precio me cobraron más de lo que booking arrojaba.

Pour 100 euros la nuit c'était pas le top .La chambre 3209 est à éviter

The things that weI loved had really not much to do with the hotel, as much as where it was located. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The life guard was super sweet, there were not a lot of guests so I didn’t have to fight for chairs, or go place towels on chairs early in the morning. They did have one pool available, and this pool was very nice.

We were not happy when we arrived and got charged almost 150$ more than what we should pay, supposedly because they put it in as pesos. They couldn’t figure out the right exchange rate and They refused to return the money back, saying “no refund” even though we had booked a king suite, and was given 2 double beds instead. The management was very disrespectful and would not even talk to us. We decided to make it work, and figure it out later with our credit card. Both Management and front desk staff were VERY RUDE, as well as the restaurant (bar tender) Nooo one can eat by the pool ( or even look at a menu), or drink anything besides beer besides the pool. Otherwise you had to go to the restaurant- We got charged 14$ a day for cleaning of our room, and it only got cleaned half the time. On the 3rd day here, they started doing construction on the building, not relaxing at all!

Room was not clean enough, there were no wifi in the rooms only in the public areas, imagine in 2023, there exist hotel room which do not have wifi, we had a drain problem which was blocked , they have fixed it,

Very very clean property. Amazing pool. Right on the beach

No one informed us that they need a security deposit when you show up. They took $100 US cash. They returned it on our departure. They inspect the property but the way this person on duty did it was very aggravating as we were getting late for our flight

Resort to Ruins

That I was able to leave with "most" of my mental faculties.

When we arrived at the resort we were told that we needed a $100 cash deposit. So we had to leave our luggage there and take a bus to the nearest atm. When we finally got into the room there were no instructions for using the in room safe.Half roll of toilet paper. No iron.No face towels.Charged for coffee carafe that was previously cracked.This hotel is the personification of the phrase "if you fail to plan, you plan to fail". Based on the reviews it has failed most of it's guest.This resort needs to be torn down to it's studs and rebuilt to actually fulfill it's mission of a providing guests with a proper and happy experience. With the staff and attitudes that are prevalent there now they are on the road to ruin. Something has to change!!

Great stay overall. Definitely recommend!

Loved pool, beach ocean, restaurant, staff and views.

On our last night the restaurant was not full but would not seat us at a table at 8:15 pm, they said they were too busy and close for nine. I wasn't interested in eating my prime rib out of a box so we left. We were given an ocean/city view room instead of ocean/pool view that I booked. The staff tried to accommodate me the following day but I would have had to share a balcony and give up private balcony so I stayed in original room which was good, just not what I booked. Bathrooms in room need some paint and caulk.
