Un Airbnb en lugar de nuestro cuarto de hotel reservado

Ubicación

No se respetó nuestra reservación en Booking para este hotel. Por esta razón, la gerencia nos asignó un cuarto en otro lugar para la primera noche, que no era un hotel sino un casa habilitada para Airbnb. El espacio estaba a 10 minutos de la ubicación del hotel, no se encontraba limpio, no había personal para atender nuestros requerimientos y el agua de la alberca estaba fría. Por esta situación, nuestro itinerario cambió, pues para tomar el servicio del desayuno, tuvimos que regresar al hotel y esperar que habilitaran la habitación para colocar nuestras maletas. Por si fuera poco, el cobro por esta noche fue con el costo del cuarto del hotel, y no con el del Airnbnb.

Las camas un poco incómodas, la alberca sucia, y la gente no respeta los horarios a las 12 de la noche traían mucho relajo no pudimos dormir

Buen alojamiento

Solo estuvimos una noche, las Instalaciones agradables, la regadera muy bien y la atención del personal, la cama está cómoda. Es un lugar limpio con mobiliario adecuado. En la habitación olvidaron colocar cobijas extras y toallas por lo que tuvimos que solicitarlas y amablemente nos las proporcionaron.

El tamaño de la habitación es muy muy pequeño, el desayuno tiene buen sabor, sin embargo es muy básico consiste en café, pan con mermelada y puedes elegir entre chilaquiles o huevos pochados, no hay más que esas dos opciones, no hay opción a jugo, fruta u otro alimento sin salsas, incluso solicitando pagarlo aparte. La que atiende en el área de desayuno es muy poco amable. Por lo que se agradece el desayuno sin embargo es mejor desayunar afuera.

Excelente opción.

La ubicación en relación al Parían, cuenta con estacionamiento y desayuno. Arquitectura colonial mexicano con alberca.

La habitación con un poco de humedad y la loseta de la regadera muy resbalosa.

Beautiful up to date hacienda style hotel

Great location, courteous and friendly staff, exceptionally clean, restful & peaceful accommodations. Wish the breakfast menu was a little more expansive but since it was included with the room I didn’t want to seem ungrateful. I felt at home and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The stairs going to the rooftop kitchen were a little annoying for my 75 year old mom.

We had the best time in Tlaquepaque and felt totally safe thanks to the staff at this hotel!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The staff was so welcoming and bent over backwards to accommodate us. We had 2 rooms and both were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was always available no matter what time we returned from our trips. I couldn't recommend it more!

Good Location. The hotel building is nice .

The staff was nice, but we didn't feel the hospitality.😏 The waitres at breakfast not nice at all, we just ate there once, we preferred to go somewhere else. Room acomodations: room dirty, linen so old ,the towels horrible horrible look like cleaning rugs. Room service was just do the bed and empty trash. We paid a fair amount of price for this disappointing service. IF YOU WANTTO STAY IN THIS HOTEL BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS.

Great location for shopping and sight seeing in Tlaquepaque.

This is a lovely hotel close to the central part of Tlaquepaque. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is of the old style and very quaint. the location was perfect for us and the parking down the street was safe for the night.

Our rooms were a bit rustic, but very clean and well stocked with towels and soaps.

The hotel was beautiful inside. The outside looks run down and like a house . walking distance to the everything. Very safe .

The rooms are very small . If you are traveling with family maybe look for a bigger room else where .
