A wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday with direct access to a beautiful beach. All rooms offer sea views, the hotel has its own private beach with free umbrellas and sun loungers, you can also relax on sun loungers in the shade of coniferous trees or by the pool. On the territory of the hotel there is free parking with carports, there is a bus stop nearby, where in 10 minutes you can reach the bus station from which buses leave for the pier, the airport, Mestre or Venice, which are only 1 hour.
On the beautiful terrace of the hotel, breakfast and dinner are served, where you can listen to live music on weekend evenings, there is also a pool bar. Near the hotel there is a pizzeria, an area with attractions for children, a water park, restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk.
Pets are allowed in the hotel, but they do not interfere with other guests at all.
Every day the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed, it is possible to take a beach towel for 3 euros.
Very friendly hotel staff who do everything to make guests enjoy a wonderful holiday.
In short, this is an unforgettable holiday and I would love to come back here next summer

It‘s really close to the beach and you can rent chairs in one of the front rows.
The staff is extremely friendly and the food (both breakfast and dinner) are fantastic!
We stayed in one of the unrenovated rooms which seemed a bit fallen out of time, especially the bathroom without proper shower curtains that flooded the whole bathroom.

Location, staff, breakfast
Only one thing - the bathroom was badly sloping and water flowed across the bathroom.

the waitress and the fact that I could take the pets everywhere
in the common showers in the basement I found the (my) same shampoo Bottle that fell from my bag once week ago !! that means they did not clean properly!! everywhere in the building it is not really clean! the first evening I had a fish intoxication: the cook admitted that my fish was rotten but the director did not want to believe I was ill the whole night! the director is very arrogant! she did not want to give me a single (only double!) room for next weekend:-( They charged me 6 euro for a glass of Fanta!!!!!—> they invoice incorrectly! the rooms are extremely old, small, noisy! the price is extremely too high in comparison with other structures! they must absolutely renovate this very old building and protect the rooms from exterior noises! one can hear everything what the neighbors say!

Private beach with lots of space. Spatious outdoor areas, not overcrowded. Could easily keep distance. Hygiene concept was good.
Old non-renovated room, esp bathrooms. First night dinner was inside due to Werther, not ideal in a pandemic.

Nice Hotel territory, a lot of pine tries. Parking is very good. The food was also good, a varied selection of dishes for dinner.
There are also 2 Restaraunts right near the Hotel.
The room is OK, but a bit out of date. There is a poor sound isolation - we have heard a lot of sounds from neighbour rooms. The shower doors are inconvinient, especially for children. There is no dryer, so for us there was a problem where to put all our wet bathing towels and suits.

Breakfast was standard issue but dinners were excellent. We opted to have dinners in hotel and we very much enjoyed every dinner meal each day. There was selection of 3 meal options for starter and main meal each day. Including one vegetarian each day. Plenty of seafood meals but always possible to select kids friendly classics like spaghetti or chicken nuggets.
Perfect size pool (with 2.5m deep area and jump board) - almost empty in the mornings. Felt like a private pool. Enough sunbeds around and beach is 50m walk.
There's a nice restaurant with outdoor sitting just in front of hotel in case you didn't opt for lunch/dinner in hotel.
Quiet surrounding without any disturbing noises. Enough trees around hotel to provide shade. Covered car park is perfect for keeping the car temperature down during stay.
Bed was just a bit too firm for my liking but it's subjective.
English language from waiters in restaurant. We had some fun moments where we cycled through English, German and couple Italian words to get orders sorted. Wasn't big issue though. They are helpful even if not fully fluent.

Very close to the beach.
Personal in restaurant are not so open and helpful but a reception personal is very helpful

Access to the beach
Rooms too small, pillows and whole bedding set old, poor quality and thin. Breakfast was served in super small portions. No towels at the swimming pool. Elevators small and slow. No coffee for guests. Overall hotel is overrated and overpriced for quality and service provided.

The hotel is well situated next to the beach, parking available, clean rooms
As it was agreed before with the hotel, we had to move to 3 different rooms during our 7 night stay. This was fine, as we had the chance to spent some nights in different rooms. Overall the hotel is in the need of renovations in all areas, from the hotel elevator to the rooms, doors and bathrooms. Thin walls, you can hear the neighbors snoring. No facilities to dry the beach towels and wet clothes on the mini balconies, what is expected in a beach hotel actually. 1 towel hook in a bathroom for 2 people with mini showers. The staff was pleasant and helpful, except for one very arrogant old“ head waiter“, which cannot say good morning and smile as the reception staff and all others are doing. Breakfast is very good and the assortment is great. The hotel has more than 50 rooms, but only 20 umbrellas at the beach with 2 sun chairs each, therefore at 07.00 morning the “ towel reservations “ start. Lot of guests with dogs, which are even allowed in the restaurant for breakfast. Overall to pay 230 euro per night is well overcharged for a place like this.

It is well taken care of, very clean.
Very friendly and attentive staff
Room was very small, bed was hard, as well as pillow.
Light in a bathroom was low, it was very dark.
Breakfast was very limited, most options are backed and sweet, almost nothing for vegetarians.

Clean and well maintained facility
Too expensive for what it offers.
The furniture are very outdated and old.
