Habitación excelente

La habitación inmejorable, muy espaciosa y la cama extra-grande y muy cómoda. Estuvimos solo una noche pero nos encantó el hotel, principalmente la habitación.

El desayuno nos pareció caro y con poca variedad para ser tipo buffet.

Si quieres descansar ni te acerques.

Un hotel que se notaantigui en un poligono perdido. No está mal, pero nada del.otro mundo para 180 pavos la noche...

Hotel de niños, gritando corriendo, es horrible. Si quieres venir a descansar olvidate. Niños corriendo por los pasillos, en las habitaciones. Lo peor son los padres que casi peor que ellos... ayer se tuvieron que llevar a una señora con una borrachera de la.piscina que daba vergüenza ajena... horrible el hotel.

Todo fue perfecto!!! Una visita improvisada con los niños. Todo super limpio ,todos los trabajadores atentos y educados. El servicio de desayuno, limpio,rico y muy ordenado todo. Las habitaciones espectaculares!!! Gracias!!

Aranjuez au meilleur hotel

Le meilleur hotel, Personnel incroyable, très compétent, très stylé, très aimable et d’une aide très efficace. La chambre magnifique, la nourriture très bonne et le service impeccable. Nous y retournerons en novembre.

Surtout ne rien changer, c’est impeccable.

Ubicación. El polígono donde está el hotel (a las afueras del centro de Aranjuez) no tiene apenas vida y te quedas algo aislado (salvo que te guste el Casino que está al lado y está funcionando). Tienes que coger el coche para trasladarte al centro urbano pero está muy cerca (apenas 5 minutos) y no hay problema para aparcar.

Nice stay in Aranjuez

The reception staff were really helpful and cheerful throughout especially Carlos (also Victor during our checkout). Enjoyed the massage by Maria in the spa. Spa facilities and swimming pool are really nice and the breakfast was delicious with variety. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

There were limited food options for room service.

Comfy

We spent 2 nights here on our way to Granada. We arrived after a long flight and appreciated the clean facilities and comfy beds. we would have spent another night here on the way back, but were unable to book for only one night. Supermarket is close and a good restaurant is only a block away.

Fantastic hotel with a brilliant breakfast

The hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke both English and Spanish. We had a lovely dinner in the bar the night we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was fantastic! Great selection of food and it was very tasty.

Excellent hotel, good for a trip to Aranjuez, car or taxi needed.

Great hotel, very comfortable with the most amazing friendly staff, not sure if they are just like this or have been trained to be friendly! Swimming pool outside which we didn't use unfortunately as the weather was not good. Free car park on the road outside the hotel.

Could have been closer to town, it was a drive away, not a problem for us as we had a car, but would need a taxi without a car. Easy to park in town, free as well.

Adequate for one quick night

The balcony, we needed some documents printed which they did because business center wasn't available, free parking

They advertise room service but there wasn't any, and dinner is only at 8:30 which if you have an early appointment is not convenient. No other restaurant is near. It is a hotel for conventions and there is nothing within walking distance except a small grocery store and pharmacy .Breakfast was ok. thankfully it was empty because the coffee machine is very slow and not the best . I was spoiled by the NH Aranjuez!
