No volvería ni lo recomiendo

El personal muy amable y la ubicación

La moqueta del suelo super sucia, las almohadas toca renovarlas incomodisimas. Se escuchaba todo el rato el mecanismo del ascensor, la ventana de la habitación había que subirse a una silla para abrirla… una decepción. Lo único bueno la gente amable, lo demás no lo recomiendo nada. Ni de paso.

Visita rápida a Burgos

Hotel clásico con estupenda localización, junto a la Plaza de la Libertad. Bien equipado y parcialmente reformado, especialmente el cuarto de baño que lucía como nuevo, ducha de plato con chorros de hidromasaje incluida.

Tal vez le falte un toque de modernización a parte del mobiliario, pero en líneas generales, hotel muy correcto. Poco que objetar.

Me he sentido muy bien, fantástica acogida.

Muy buena ubicación. La atención del personal, espectacular. Habitación silenciosa. Puedes comprar agua a un precio muy económico en comparación con otros hoteles.

Únicamente mejoraria las almohadas, algunas son demasiado duras y delgadas.

O hotel fica em frente a uns bares que funcionam quase à noite toda. Não dormí nada com o barulho.

Alojamiento en Burgos en el mismo centro histórico.

La ubicación es lo mejor sin duda. La habitación era amplia y las camas cómodas. El baño también era suficientemente amplio. El desayuno variado y abundante. La estación de autobuses estaba muy cerca también, sólo cruzar el río.

Creo que la decoración es algo antigua. El hotel está en un edificio antiguo en el centro de la zona histórica y probablemente no ha sufrido muchas renovaciones. Aún así es cómodo pero quizás le falta un toque más de hoy. La estación de tren, a la que llegamos, está bastante lejos, aunque esto obviamente no tiene nada que ver con el hotel. Llegamos al centro en autobús urbano y demoró casi una hora.

Perfect location with aging facilities.

Very convenient location and exceptional staff. I requested an early checkin, which was allowed!

The facility was old and in disrepair. I was stuck in the elevator and used the stairs for the remainder of my trip.

I was staying here to rest for 2 nights while walking the Camino de Santiago. I chose this hotel for its close location

Every space was very clean and comfortable.

I couldn’t control the air conditioner myself. It was automatic.

Great breakfast with a nice assortment of foods!

The hotel was nice and check in was easy. My bed was comfortable, but the room was a little warm. I mentioned it to the gentleman working at the desk and they fixed it. They did have a very nice assortment for breakfast with lots of baked goods, fresh fruit and cheeses.

My room was a little warm and slept with a sheet until the gentleman at the desk did something to change it.

Great Economic Solution in the City

We are two cyclists on a ride from Cadiz to San Sebastian. Our needs are simple we seek a clean bed and a hot shower – the hotel provided both Reception was welcoming and helpful – the location and price are critical - both are good enough This was our second visit and the Hotel provides exactly what is required at this price point

Excellent location. Quiet hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The room was comfortable if a little dated. Very good breakfast and overall the hotel was very good value for money.

We found the description of the hotel as classy and modern was rather misleading in relation to our room. It's a good hotel at a good price so shouldn't be sold as something else.
