Ibamos en coche, pero que la ubicación es un poco mala. No vi paradas de bus ni metro cerca

Чудовий готель

Гарний готель, красивий, продуманий інтер'єр, великі номери, зручні ліжка, чисто, привітний персонал, хороший сніданок. Так, готель не в центрі, про що відомо, але добиратися зручно, в двох хвилинах зупинка автобуса, які ходять дуже часто. Рекомендую.

Restaurant was closed for the summer, bar also was closed, so we couldn’t get anything inside of the hotel

loud music noise from neighbouring bar/club on the weekend. I complained but no action was taken. bed was creaky and low quality mattress.

It served its purpose, but would not go back

The staff were really nice and the breakfast was good

The rooms were not clean like you would expect. The terrace windows were dirty. The shower glass was not cleaned properly and the beds were uneven so that every time you moved the feet of the beds would make a noise. My 12 year old never slept really well. The location is not good either, unless you have a car. It is based in residential area so no restaurants close by.

The Monte Real in Madrid is a winner !

The Monte Real is always all around great. I have been staying here since 1990. The staff is friendly, helpful, competant good brekefast. Some of the dinner offerings are really good.

Wonderful staff, nice stay

I had problem with my car rental that I rent for 3rd Nov. I had voucher and full payment from the application, but the car didn't show up on the time being (08.00). Lucky the guest want to use car on 10.00, so I have time to find out solution. It was the Reception staff name Rachel that helped me sincerely, she helped me call the car company and find out the problem that they didn't get the confirmation from the application. After Rachel explain and mention the voucher and payment proof, the car come to hotel right in time at 10.00. I can't speak Spanish.. I can't do anything if Rachel didn't help me. Thanks for her willingness to help that I appreciate very much.

Would be nice if there is porter to help the luggages, because for group visitor sometime have a lot of baggages.

the room was beautiful with a lovely balcony and the shower was amazing

For business trips

Individual rooms had a good size and the bed was confortable. Staff were nice and helpfull. Breakfast was very good and the coffe machine/coffee was great..

I understand this is a hotel for business trips and not family but I stayed here two times and tried to have a room for four people and it was not possible. No pool. In one of the times, one of the rooms smelled funny. I left the window opened while I visited Madrid, it improved a bit but did not solve it completely. Sound isolation is not the best.
