An absolute experience if you are looking for something a bit different.

This is a unique location whether you enjoy cars and motorsport or not. Superb facilities, tastefully decorated and maintained. Staff fantastic and super helpful. I am planning to return at some point - might even think about buying a car!!

An exceptional choice for Morgan or any car enthousiast. All four rooms offered are created with meticulous precision and detail. They are immaculate, original and comfortable. Secure parking.

Fun time spent with family and friends

Spacious room, very friendly owners and the fabulous kitchen/diner, which was well equipped throughout and felt very homely when we enjoyed a takeaway with family and friends in the evening. Would have liked a bit of bacon to cook in the morning, but not really missed as lots of cereal, bread, baked beans and eggs, tea, coffee, hot chocolate provided and plenty of snacks (biscuits, crisps, fruit and cereal bars) for during the day which was a really nice thoughtful touch. Also all the bedrooms had a different theme, which was a bit of fun plus interesting Morgan car history. It was well placed for where we needed to visit.

The 4 poster bed was hard to get in and out of due to strange wooden structures (?built in side tables) at the sides and a ladder up to the bed above. I don't think I would have been able to manage this is I was much older! We had to slide in and out of the end of the bed. Also we had a hand gel bottle in the shower area, rather than hair/body wash, but I think that was probably just human error and would have been resolved if I had asked as the owners were very helpful.

Most excellent

What an amazing place to stay, there's simply no other place like it. A warm welcome and superb facilities to boot. The American themed diner with a DIY service is brilliant. I will most definitely stay again on my travels. Thanks to Adam, Melvyn and Sindy

This hotel is Wonderful & Amazing

Everything it was wonderful and Amazing. The room was clean and comfortable the shower was perfect the diner out of this world so much effort put into this hotel you wouldn’t believe it unless you stay.

a shame

The business owners disgusting approach to smokers within the property should state people should not smoke at all rather than not smoke inside. I smoked outside and have been accused of smoking indoors and he reported me to booking.com

Melvyn is an excellent host. A very open and interesting person, welcoming and friendly. The location is quite something! The Pitstop is behind The Morgan Garage, and as a guest I got to see some of these spectacular sports cars, hand made in England. The rooms are themed and beautiful, the diner-styled kitchen is absolutely wild! I'll definitely be staying again when I visit next year!

The serve yourself breakfast was brilliant and had fantastic choices. The attention to detail of the whole place was amazing, along with the art deco retro styling. Each room has a different theme and colour scheme. It's great.

We were not aware that the room only had a skylight window.

We would certainly recommend the Pit Stop, and the Morgan Cars are fantastic

Eveything was excellent, we stayed before our trip to Italy and The Pit Stop was close to the airport so very convenient for us. The room was very comfortable and I loved being able to help oursleves to breakfast in the 'Diner' Our host was extremely kind and very helpful.

Brilliant value, beautiful rooms, and a warm welcome

We received a wonderful welcome from Melvyn, who gave us a tour and lots of interesting information about the Morgan cars. The diner was amazing and well stocked for breakfast and snacks. Our room was excellent and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and will be back as soon as we have another gig in the area.

Comfortable and relaxing.

Really liked the decor throughout the property. I’ve never been to a B&B where you help yourself. it’s a great idea. we met the owners while we were there. so friendly and welcoming. Recommend a very nice local pub for dinner. We were encouraged to look at the cars, which was a personal highlight. Very happy to visit again given the opportunity.

Very different but also very good

It is a DIY help yourself diner so that you could get something to eat 24 hours a day if desired. Very clean and well thought out. The room was excellent. Ideal place for petrol heads to stay Very pleasant owner of the property and very informative Thank you

Just one thing that might make it even better is maybe a kettle and cups in the room so you can have a cuppa in bed without the need to get dressed to go to the diner but not a big deal

"Diner" was nice, and having tea & coffee available whenever you wanted along with snacks was a nice touch

Not able to open a window. Bed was OK but pillows very uncomfortable- personal taste though I guess
