Very nice hotel and on excellent location if you want to explore Tirol a little bit. It has nice swimming pool and saunas. The breakfast was nice with only one drawback, all meat products were from pork meat. This could be improved for people who do not eat pork.

Lovely rooms with balconies and views.
No restaurant for evening meal

The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are big, the view from the balcony is amazing, breakfast is really good and with lots of variety! Pool and sauna as an extra plus to alleviate the sore muscles from hiking!
Achensee is quickly accessible!

A nice and spacious hotel. The room was massive and felt super comfortable. Very nice breakfast with lots of choices.
If you cycle make sure you do not have to cycle up the hill when leaving the hotel….it’s a massive incline (which is nothing against the hotel, just something to consider if cycling)

The rooms were very spacious, I’m not sure whether I was given an upgrade because it said suite on my door but I don’t recall booking one.
The property looks newly refurbished, it has a traditional style but everything looked very fresh and clean, including the bathroom. There were two wardrobes, wonderful for a longer stay where you might have more clothes.
The bathroom featured a tub and a separate shower and had a window which is nice but it was not frostet so you had to keep the blinds shut all the time and switch on the lights.
The room had a sofa and an armchair which I really like as well as a large desk.
I guess there’s must have been some underfloor heating which was switched on in the middle of May. The room was very warm, with no aircon. I noticed it walking barefoot and despite leaving all windows open for hours the room did not cool. It was okay as I slept without the blanket but it would have been nicer to be able to adjust the temperature.
There were no sockets to charge phones or laptop. No socket anywhere near the desk and besides the bed I had to unplug the lamp to avoid having to put my phone on the floor a few meters away.
A kettle and a small fridge would be a really nice addition to the room. For longer stays, you would surely want to make use of the seating area or the balcony and have a coffee in the morning or perhaps a chilled drink at night.

Very big room(!). Quiet hotel. Nice swimming pool. Good location. Seems to be pet friendly, although we did not take a pet ourselves. Staff is friendly. We got to choose where our room was situated (front or back).
Not really anything to dislike really. Be aware that the reception isn't always open. When we wanted to leave some stuff upon checking out (at 11.02) it was already closed. After a call they were quick to take our stuff and it was ok to leave it at the reception the entire day.

Good breakfast, room very clean and big.
The pool was too cold, it was not possible to use it. Also half of the SPA features were unavailable.

The location was good to get round the small town and a ten min walk from the train station. The room had street view and lovely mountain views. Beds really comfy. Staff pleasant, Breakfast choice hot/cold.
After travelling from UK to Munich and then by car to Jenbach was disappointed that the hotel was locked up to 3pm. Appreciate check in time isn't until 3pm but it would have been nice to be able to get a drink. If you travelled by train you would have been in the street with your cases. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room. A lovely dining room just a shame they only serve breakfast, limited restaurants in the area.

It’s kind retro style rooms, but still looks very cool. We enjoyed this place very much! The staff was amazing. Also we enjoyed free spa zone , which works till 10 o’clock, so it’s nice relax before going to bed

The hotel was very nice, and a nice room
Only thing that wasn't perfect is the parking - if you arrive late and the parking is full with cars then it's a bit tight. Our car wasn't too big but it was hard to fit in in the parking spot.

1. Budget room rate (80 euros)
2. Convenient location. 5 mins taxi ride from railway station.
3. Breakfasts are adequate and include hot food.
4. Breakfast personnel are quick, friendly and chatty.
1. No dinner available, not even during peak season. The hotel says it does not have a chef. Only dinner for groups. Hotel uses outside caterers for group diners. Other non-group guests have to look for a restaurant in the village. This is a big negative.
2. Matrasses are very low, so not suitable for older ppl.
3. Beds and room decor have not been changed for 20 years.
4. Rooms ultra warm. The only airco is an open window or balcony door.
5. Church bells chime until 24:00 and you get a rude awakening at 06:00, so no need to set your alarm.
6. No special H&B products in bathroom, despite having booked a Superior Room.
7. Rooms are not aired before arrival.
8. Restricted breakfasts times: 07:30 to 09:30

Clean Hotel and friendly staff. Clean rooms, and bathroom.
Very noisy room. My room was i guess next to the boiler room or something, and it was loud all night long although the windows were closed. Very little parking places. The front door closes from 11 pm to 7 am, so if you want to get in or out you have to go all arround the hotel, and as i am a smoker, and had no balcony, i always had to go the long way out to smoke.

Very nice room. Practical with nice furniture. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Parking can be a little bit of a challenge, however manageable.
