Nice stay

Everything in the room was tidy and clear, the staff after my request had a hair dryer with diffuser for curly hair in the room.. really thankful for that ! The breakfast was superb...

Przestronny, czysty lokal. Czekała na nas wyposażona kuchnia, pralka, żelazko i deska do prasowania. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, smaczne śniadanie w kawiarni pod lokalem. Lokalizacja praktycznie ścisłe centrum, polecam gorąco! B. dobra orientalna kuchnia w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie!

Dobra miejscówka do krótkich wypadów turystycznych lub biznesowych.

Recepcja z wyprzedzeniem uzgadnia godzinę przyjazdu (SMS) i jest cierpliwa dla spóźnialskich. Klasyczne klucze do drzwi wejściowych na klatkę schodową i do pokoju - żadnej elektroniki. Klimatyczna, historyczna i odnowiona kamienica. Apartamenty Pomarańczarnia to tylko część lokali w tym budynku więc trzeba pamiętać, że mamy sąsiadów. Wrażenie zachowania czystości w całym budynku. Do dyspozycji są dwa niezależne wejścia klatkowe oraz jedna winda. Pokój jasny, doświetlony i przestronny ale wyłącznie dla dwóch osób. Aneks kuchenny z wyposażeniem i lodówka. Wygodne, miękkie łóżko. Widok na ulicę. Łazienka bardzo standardowa, dostępna minimalna ilość środków czystości (warto mieć własne). Posiłki serwowane są w małej ale klimatycznej, raczej kawiarence niż restauracji. Serwuje śniadania typu szwedzki stół. Wybór produktów adekwatny do pory dnia. Oferowane są świeże warzywa, soki, sałatki i standardowe potrawy oraz ciepłe napoje. Lokal jest przytulny, ale niewielki i obsługuje nie tylko gości apartamentów. Warto na to zwrócić uwagę, żeby nie czekać na swoją kolej. Godziny serwisu są wystarczające nawet dla śpiochów. Ciekawostką jest lokalizacja. Cafe Pomarańczarnia zlokalizowana jest w innym niż pokoje mieszkalne budynku i w innym miejscu niż to do odbioru kluczy. Nie jest to utrudnienie, pod warunkiem, że Klient zostanie zawczasu uprzedzony. Lokal oznaczony neonem, jest widoczny z ulicy. Obsługa miła i uczynna. Klucze można zostawić w skrzynce listowej. Recepcja to jednocześnie kantor wymiany walut. W sumie gość przemieszcza się w czasie pobytu wśród trzech różnych lokalizacji. Najbliższa okolica, to część starego miasta, w miarę spokojna i czysta. Bardzo blisko restauracje, puby i kafejki.

Oferowany parking, to w zasadzie jedno oznaczone nazwą apartamentów miejsce, podlegające koniecznej, wcześniejszej rezerwacji, na wygrodzonej, odrębnej posesji (to już 4 !!! lokalizacja do zaliczenia w trakcie pobytu). Recepcja wydaje pilota i wskazuje numer parkingowy, ale to miejsce było akurat już zajęte :( Mały, poranny zgrzyt z użytkownikami posesji, bo są to w większość miejsca wykupione przez okoliczne firmy lub użytkowników lokali mieszkalnych. Uwaga - obowiązuje ruch jednokierunkowy na większości ulic oraz płatne parkowanie.

Polecam ten obiekt. Super komfort i wyjątkowa lokalizacja.

Lokalizacja super -Stare Miasto. Wszędzie blisko. Apartament posiada duże komfortowe pokoje z aneksem kuchennym. Śniadanie można było zjeść w Manekinie na parterze obiektu.

Przy otwartych oknach w nocy głośno...no ale to Stare Miasto i lotnisko niedaleko.

Ich möchte sehr gerne wieder dort übernachten. Es war das schönste Hotelzimmer in dem ich jemals übernachtet habe!

Alle waren super nett, es war sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber, geräumig und komfortabel und es gab alles was man braucht , wie zum Beispiel einen Föhn, Wasserkocher, Fernseher, Steckdose am Bett… etc.

Dobry na krótki nocleg.

Niedrogi,czysty,biała pościel,duża łazienka, białe ręczniki. Dużo miejsca,cicho. Jest wszystko co potrzeba.

Pomimo starań i instrukcji nie udało mi się uruchomić telewizora.

Staying in "Pomaranczarnia" gives me a feeling like having my own place in Poznan. I love the atmosphere of buildings and streets around. Amazing location close to "Stary Browar"and historical attractions.

The location is great, very central, and within walking distance to everything. The apartment is well kept and the decor is lovely. The bed and couch are comfortable. The washing machine was a plus!

Cool apartment with a perfect location.

Nice apartment and it felt very cozy. We even had a washing machine. Had a big space and it only cost around a $100 per night!

Balcony was under repair. We were only in Poznan for a short time and spending the late evenings or early mornings in the balcony would have been perfect.

As expected, perhaps a little noisy at night.

No real problems, the location is very good, close to many cafes, restaurants and interesting shops (like Kici Butik!). I liked the city view and wish I had more time to visit the nearby games arcade and other parts of Poznań.

It could use a little better fan, some more shelves in the shower and bathroom in general. Other than that really quite alright.

Great experience and great value for money

We were extremely lucky to get a very nice, cozy, and spacious one-bedroom apartment with a balcony. Everything was spotlessly clean and brand-new. I'd highly recommend it to everyone and next time we're in Poznan, we will try to stay here again.

In the middle of the town center with parking available

The apartment on the second floor of an older charming building is in the middle of the city center. Shopping starts at the next street corner and below the apartment there is a restaurant ("Manekin") which we can recommend. Everything was available in the apartment and for our son we got a separate room. There is no breakfast service but after our bad experience at another accommodation on our tour that was just perfect. Plenty of choice around (bakery at 10 meters from the front door). Private parking available at 40 PLN per day (recommended)

With air-conditioning it would be even better as it was quite warm outside and we got some noise during the night sleeping with the windows open.

Beautiful historic building and nice modern room. The facility is very clean and comfortable. Free wifi. The bathroom had everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen. apartment very close to the city center, but still in a quiet street. The apartment is nicely furnished and has all basic facilities.

Great location to stay.

Great location. Friendly stuff. All that you need to spend your vacation in this city.

Breakfast was not good. I have skipped it at all because they don't maintain the basics of hygiene. In the summer, the served food must be covered from flies, they did not do this, and how can you take food on which flies crawl, this is unacceptable. It was in the summer, maybe in the winter the situation is better. The breakfast was offered by another restaurant, thus this issue more for the restaurant. My experience would be better if I would book without a breakfast.
