Spacious quiet apartment in the city

Easy check-in, comfortable spacious apartment in a quiet central location.. facilities as described, and the air-conditioning on the 2 floors was much needed. Laundry facilities was a bonus, and the prompt responses to queries was greatly appreciated

Rooms on mezzanine level had no privacy.

Didn't expect much but was very pleasantly surprised

Excellent location, beautiful apartment building, very well maintained. Loved the contactless checking in and out even when property managers were just a call away. The elevator was a welcoming added bonus since I travelled with an elderly person.

The living room needs a couple more chairs to enjoy sitting there. The microwave seems outated and didn't work properly (needed over 5 minutes to heat a single cup of milk every time).

Excellent holiday overall

Excellent communication from booking to arriving at the accommodation from the team. Apartments lovely and clean but one apartment had an unpleasant smell from the bathroom/drain half way through a 7 day booking. However, this was rectified when the apartments were cleaned the next day. Yes, there was at times noise to be heard outside at night but this is to be expected as city it is a popular holiday destination and people stay out at night to enjoy the bar’s in the warm weather. Excellent base for easy access to the main attractions 15 minutes walk with plenty of restaurants bars available with the vicinity. We took a tourist bus for 2 days to enable to us hop on & off at the other attractions such as the bio park, aquarium and beach. But it also gave us the opportunity to get our bearings as to where everything is. Or you can just get lost as most things are walkable but I would say for those who are fit. ( walk to bio park 40/60 minute walk) As a family ranging from 18th months to 58yrs we had a fabulous break and the apartments had everything that we required.

The smell from one of the apartments but this was rectified the next day when cleaned.

A perfect city break....

A fabulous apartment right in the heart of Valencia - plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. A cool place to stay , and a short jaunt to Mercat Central and the Cathedral and the fabulous architecture of Valencia. Highly recommend.

Great value for your money

The location is great, quick walk to everything. We had a two bedroom one bath unit and it was spacious and well stocked. The linen isn't the most luxurious, it's moderate and functional. The check in is super easy, will stay again.

The bedding is a little cheap.

A perfect stay to add to our trip in Valencia

Everything was truly perfect. My family was travelling as a group of four and we had been staying in the three-bedrooms suite which was spacious, clean and very well-equipped. I personally had used the smallest bedroom, which my hand-carry size luggage fits perfectly. The 24 hours laundrette and luggage room are both very useful. We arrived at Valencia by train and walked to the apartment from the Valencia-Nord station, which took us about 15-20 minutes, but all along we were crossing through the main street and busy areas so it was not bad even though part of our group arrived after sunset. The Central Market, main attractions and most restaurants are all within 15 minutes’ walking distance from the apartment so the location is very nice in our opinion. Instructions upon check-in were clear, and staff from the management office are also very helpful and responsive.

it’s close to attractions and lot of restaurants around. the place is spacious and it’s good for a family.

it’s not noise proof, so you would hear other people coming in and out. sometimes it can be quite noisy when they come back late and talked v loudly.

Quiet, comfortable central location perfect for exploring Valencia.

Very clean, spacious, light, comfortable and well equipped apartment ideal for a group staying together. Perfect location lots of bars & restaurants nearby and within 10 minute of attractions. Staff super helpful (especially Jorge). The free luggage locker’s proved very convenient at checkout.

Only one wardrobe for the three bedrooms, and lack of shelves in the upstairs bathroom.

Great location at fair price

Spaces for family of 4, very stylish and clean, all amenities supplied, with very good location and reasonable pricing.

Nothing to complain about, would have given 10 out of 10 if the toaster worked, did report it. Also pillows could be better.

Good apartment in town centre location.

Good accommodation but we ate out, apart from breakfast so can’t really comment on the cooking facilities. Comfy beds and reasonable washing gear.

It was really hard to find and, on reflection I wish I’d stuck with my Satnav. I didn’t see any signs of high charging areas, but maybe I was lucky. It’s also slightly away from the main attractions, but manageable.
