Nosso quarto ficava em outro prédio e tínhamos de pegar um carrinho fornecido pelo hotel para chegar ao quarto. Fomos informados deste detalhe mas é, sem dúvida, um ponto negativo da estrutura.

Not worth the price your paying

Location

My room was on the stairs of the restaurant the room smelt like food all the time and it was noisy as the staff were moving tables moving food and stuff all the time and the room is small

Exceptional

Loved everything about this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar was amazing eith the most beautiful views of the colloseum at night. The breakfast at the Michelin restaurant was perfect with another view if the colloseum. 100% recommend this place

Over-priced hotel and restaurant for the value…Views are spectacular!!!

You can’t beat the location of this hotel and views from the roof-top restaurant. It is quick jaunt to the Coliseum and great restaurants. The view of the Colosseum and food in the roof top restaurant were exceptional. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are extremely small and dark. certainly appeared larger in the photos. We also didn’t have hot water on the last night of our stay. the hotel did not offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience only to shower in their gym facility.

Luxury, attention to detail.

The hotel was in an incredible location with an iconic view. Staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything.

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with amazing views of the Colosseum and Ludus Magnus.

Breakfast was outstanding every day and the view of the Colosseum with the sun coming up on it at breakfast is to die for. Also the views of the Colosseum from Hotel rooms made the experience one we will never forget. I am eternally grateful to the manager for our upgrade which helped make this stay part of a trip of a lifetime.

Don't reserve the apartment

The hotel is very dishonest as regards the apartment that is separate from the hotel premise. At no stage, the hotel stressed that the apartment has no view on the colosseum, yet that's the whole point of making a reservation at this hotel. We would never have paid that amount of money for a normal apartment. BTW, I called the reception because of an AC issue (there is none in the apartment...), nobody ever showed up... Bottom-line: it's a tourist trap!

it was a magical, decadent and luxurious way to celebrate my partners 50th.

from the moment we arrived at the welcome greeting, the room and view was amazing, and when we had a slight problem with the bed the management team responded perfectly and swiftly to our issue. from the management team to the porters they were all so helpful and professional. Lorenzo the manager had great English and made us feel so welcome, so thoughtful giving us umbrellas and catering to our every need.

the lift wasn’t working but it wasn’t a problem.

Welcoming and exceptionally helpful staff especially Veronika who kept in contact with us throughout the booking and helped us with our special requests and also provided a couple of complimentary extras! Excellent breakfast with great view Comfortable sleep Good cocktail bar

The bed linen wasn’t changed during our stay. The toilet roll and bottled water was not always replenished. No tea making facilities in the room.

first day TV didnt work, two guys came and said that tv is not working due to bad weather - when it was no clouds ! next morning there was no hot water!

One of the best hotels all around the world

Just everything. We are traveling a lot and we always tried to find some special place to stay - but this one was really probably the best from room, staff, breakfast, dinner, service, views, atmosphere.. everything was perfect and this was really for sure one of the best hotels of the world. Thank you so much for this experience. It was pleasure to stay here.
