Would love to return! Beautiful place!

Beautiful location, great swimming pool, good breakfast and wonderful staff, especially Angela who runs it - very kind and helpful.

Struttura stupenda immersa nel verde con piscina e SPA

La struttura si presenta ottimamente, una bellissima country house con diversi appartamenti immersi nel verde a 5 minuti da Assisi. Nonostante fossimo da soli, l’accoglienza ed il funzionamento della struttura sono stati ineccepibili. La signora che ci ha accolto ed ospitato è stata gentilissima e premurosa. Da notare la SPA.

Io e il mio fidanzato siamo stati coccolati dal personale: delle signore gentili, solari e premurose

La posizione era ottima, a pochi minuti da Assisi. Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile, accogliente e ci ha servito per due mattone una colazione squisita, con torte calde fatte a mano, pancake e biscotti. La camera era pulita e gli asciugamani, quando rientravamo la sera, erano caldi, perché lasciati sul riscaldamento già acceso. Quindi ci siamo sentiti molto coccolati, perché se alla cura del luogo si aggiunge la premura, il posto diventa super consigliabile.

Appartamenti spaziosi e puliti. Inseriti in un bel contesto. Ottima l’accoglienza e la colazione.

Rilassante, gradevole, riposante.

Accoglienza attenta ed amichevole. La colazione molto ricca e varia, poi ho gustato le uova strapazzate fatte direttamente dalla titolare..... La spa, piccola, ma completa ed accogliente... La zona molto tranquilla e non lontanissima dal centro. Due giorni di riposo tranquillo, fra la visita di una chiesa e di un monumento...

Il letto era molto comodo, unico neo forse qualche cuscino meno morbido e più consistente. Nel bagno inserire saponi anche in zone intimo (bidè) oltre che nella doccia.

breve ma intenso .

posizione fantastica ...ai piedi di ASSISI 5 minuti di auto al parcheggio MOJANO , dove si prende la scala mobile che ti porta in pieno centro storico, gli alloggi sono mini appartamenti..senza angolo cottura, molto curati pulizia assoluta ...attenzione anche alle piccole cose ( bicchieri in vetro dove poggiare spazzolino e dentifricio..e non quegli odiosi bicchieri in plastica che cadono sempre) lo staff gentilissimo la colazione con una ricca scelta tra dolce e salato .. insomma ci tornerò sicuramente.

Immerso nella natura

Posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti da Assisi. La proprietaria ci ha accolti benissimo ed è sempre stata a disposizione durante tutto il soggiorno. La piscina ha una vista fantastica sul paese e le colline, ideale per rilassarsi.

Giotto Country House and Spa is a peaceful and beautiful stay. All the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and helpful throughout. The pool area in particular with the beautiful views of Assisi are incredible.

Peaceful countryside stay with a lovely pool

Beautiful peaceful location Room was spacious and bathroom well fitted Lovely gardens and swimming pool Breakfast was fresh produce and eggs cooked to order

Only down side for us was having to go in search of dinner, as there is no restaurant on site

Wonderful stay - highly recommended. I was travelling for a friend's wedding and was met with a lot of surprise that my stay at Giotto came with air conditioned rooms (don't assume it as standard here!), the breakfast every morning was outstanding with a great range of food and drink options. Angela and her couldn't have been more welcoming and hospitable. I would definitely return. It's about a 25 minute walk downhill back from Assisi - in 35 degrees I didn't once attempt the walk up the steep hills there!

WONDERFUL PLACE!

love love love this place! best breakfast in Italy! Angela is wonderful and helped us with restaurant booking during our stay. the rooms are the most beautiful and harmonic rooms ever, Angela has thought of every single detail in this location. pool area nice and clean, perfect with the football and tennis court next to the pool. we will definetely come back again!

Clean and comfortable stay just out of Assisi

Giotto Luxury Country House is a reasonably new boutique hotel just out of Assisi (a 20 euro taxi into town). The room we had was spotlessly clean and spacious. I used the pool during our one night stay and it was fabulous. then to lay on the sun lounge and stare up at Assisi above was just so special. The breakfast was amazing! Angela was very responsive and kind - a wonderful asset to this hotel.

No English language TV channels when we stayed which was a shame - I understand this is changing but don’t know when.

Super comfy and clean. Fantastic welcome and so well looked after. Amazing breakfast - the dining room smelt divine when you entered it! Loved the swimming pool and the view to Assisi.

Amazing gem with fantastic views in the countryside

Angela was amazing! Breakfast was fantastic, rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked, and the pool made it all perfect. Plus a sauna and Turkish bath room to be finished in a month!

The property was only better than we expected. We would note that most renters had rental cars. We were probably the only group walking in and out of town. There are prompt reliable taxis which we used a few times.

Just amazing

It was beautiful. Angela and the team were so helpful and provide a fully stacked mini fridge every day as well as breakfast. She was so helpful with finding things to do and organising taxis! We can’t wait to recommend this to all our friends! It’s about 45 minutes walk to Assisi (up hill - very steep) or €15 euro taxi!

A lovely way to be in touch with nature and enjoy the charm if Assisi.

From start to finish our stay was spectacular. The warm welcoming from our host was top notch as she greeted us upon our arrival and showed us the grounds we were staying in as well as an orientation to our stay. Fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with great water pressure and temperature. Wi-Fi was great and TVs all worked well. The pool does have a shallow end that gradually gets deeper, so my kids enjoyed that. Ample parking on site. Easy 4 min drive to the closest parking structure to the St Francis Basilica. Lovely area to walk if you want to walk around the area or even walk up to the Basilica. Ultimately I felt one with nature and I would definitely return to this beautiful country house. The owners also have a luxury stay in the city, but I truly enjoyed seeing the basilica at night and the sun coming over the top of the landscape in the mornings.
