Horrible poky room in an attic
Breakfast which I never had
Was told it would be served from 7.45am until 9am Not even an hour for breakfast
The woman wouldn't even compromise serving until later but went on to say if it was bigger groups then longer breakfast would be considered which I was appalled to hear It's the couples and single people that keep these places afloat
And anyway you're on hols why would you want to be up so early but I suppose if they offered room only they'd lose out
The bathroom was poky and dark the shaving light didn't work which made it difficult to see
The shower was hard to work initially
In all I didn't expect the Ritz but I paid £210 for an awful stay at a awful place
Never again
Don't waste your money folks go elsewhere

the Host Charlotte was very friendly.
Shower was dirty in corners outside and inside no toilet brush.carpet was stained.cups weren’t very nice.breakfast was not as pictured sausages were burnt most mornings had to ask for well done toast only orange juice for morning no brown toast offered as an alternative to white. Did not east breakfast on morning of leaving .

The location. That really is the only advantage this b&b offers.
Please do not book this b&b. I am absolutely outraged at how me& my partner were treat by the owners. Firstly the shower was broke& we were unable to get showered before we went out, my partner had came straight from work so was mucky. The cups were all stained and not been cleaned from the previous guests. We had been out to a club and arrived back at the hotel at around 2am. Had a little difficulty opening the main door as the key we were provided wasn't working. Colin came out& made a joke& let us in. Everything appeared fine...by 8.20 am me& my partner arrived downstairs for breakfast to be told by Colin (once we had already sat down in front of other guests) that we had to leave. We were stunned& asked why, to which his only explanation was that we arrived in late& they had just had a baby. I don't recall making any noise what so ever& asked for a better explanation as id paid for 2 nights& there was no policy stating what times you should be back at the b& b. Its located on the same street as clubs so Colin amd Charlotte really need to be more considerate and understanding that guests may wish to for a drink& arrive back late. Thats the whole point of a holiday. I feel that Charlotte was in a mood from lack of sleep with the baby so it was taken out on us. The owners should maybe close for a few month if they are struggling with a newborn. This should certainly not be taken out on the guests. I very kindly asked Colin if I could be refunded for the room that he had now taken from us, to which his response was 'no I'm ringing the police'. Again a little taken aback at his behavour. I advised that this would be the best thing to do as if paid 150 for 2 nights and breakfast...Colin then informed us that we could have breakfast. Not sure how he believed this was in any way reasonable or satisfactory having a moody owner cook us breakfast while we waited for the police to kick us out.

Colin and his family were lovely, very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Colin even gave up his parking space so I could leave my car outside the property for the 4 days of my stay. Excellent location if you want to be in the heart of Skegness. Beautiful beach just across the road. Shops, amusements, fish and chips just around the corner.
Some might think decor is a bit dated, but that doesn't affect the quality of care and service. The room was lovely and clean which is the main thing.

Colin and Charlotte were great hosts. Room Was clean and comfortable.. food was good. They allowed me to continue using my room, after checkout. This was due to having to wait for breakdown recovery. Will definitely be the first place I try to book, next time I'm in skeggness. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It's the first time I've stayed at the greystones both Charlotte and Colin were brilliant nothing was to much trouble for them I will certainly be going back there when on holiday again
The only downside for me was the stairs but if I told them when I booked I have arthritis in my knees I am sure they would of given me a room on a lower floor

Charlotte and Colin were very good hosts. Breakfast was lovely. Location excellent. Very clean.
The shower in our first room stopped working on our 3rd day although we were moved rooms straight away but the shower in our next room was not powerful enough for us.
