Staff, breakfast, location all excellent.
Room had separate toilet and separate shower within the room. There is no handbasin in the room with the toilet in, which we didn't like.
Car parking is very limited to a few spaces behind the property which we never got to see. There is parking on opposite side of road but if you arrive during the day good luck on getting a space !

Location is good, staff friendly accommodation clean. Would stay again.
We had room 9 which is on the small side but we were offered another room.

Room had small balcony with two chairs and a table
Room was small , no where to sit inside other than on bed (in fairness did say small room when booked)

It was good walking distance to the beach and everything else in skeggy, provided us with fresh milk in a mini fridge .
There wasnt nothing we didnt like , tv could of been bigger but apart from that everything is good , walking up the stairs was a problem as I'm pregnant but it's just one of them problems I have with being pregnant lol.

The first thing that I loved was the greeting we recieved. I've never stayed anywhere that I was actually greeted in such a genuinely friendly way. We were given all the info we needed from keys, to breakfast arrangements and WiFi codes. We were then shown to our room (in other places I've been handed a key and pointed in the direction of our room) the place was clean, no smell to it and was comfortable for our stay. The family room was bunk beds and then a room with a double a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk and the usual tea and coffee. It was all very pleasant. The en-suite was tiny but functional and again very clean. All towels were provided and I felt comfortable being able to ask for anything from them. All in all I felt very comfortable and welcomed which was really lovely.
Also it was my daughters birthday and the breakfast table was decorated for her and a balloon and cake and card awaited her which she was overwhelmed by! She loved it and also the bacon was excellent and believe me she is a harsh critique!
Breakfast was great, still not sure how they remembered the order for all of our picky requests! Breakfast was good and had everything you would want. I'm always just greatful to have someone cook me a breakfast! All in alll it was a lovely place to stay in a great location with the most lovely people!
Lack of parking but that is just for convenience and security. There is parking on the road or a cheaper car park just down the road. Parking at property is minimal.

Location very near, and short walking distance to main attractions.
Liked we had ceiling fans in one room.
Breakfast very good, and set us up for the day.
Very clean rooms.
Liked the large king size bed in top room.
Very likeable and friendly landlady and family.
No ceiling fan in top floor bedroom, found room got very warm.
Would have been nice to have had a king size bed in ground floor bedroom, or two single beds. Am aware size of room might have made it difficult.

Absolutely lovely people couldn't fault them at all, they went out of their way to make everything as perfect as they could to make our holiday break as beautiful as it was, I truly enjoyed every single minute there, an so did my granddaughter, we had everything we needed right on our door step, and such a beautiful place, I will definitely be recommending The Laurels Hotel to everyone I know and I will also be returning again at least once a year. Absolutely beautiful people ❤️

Spent 3 nights here with my partner and we loved every minute. The hotel is clean, tidy and modern. The location was also great as everything is lass than 2 minutes walk away. Bed is very comfortable and the shower is hot and powerful. The room had a balcony that was great for having a quiet even drink on and a morning coffee.
The owner Emma is a lovely person and is very welcoming and warm. She told me that she wants the hotel to feel like a home away from home and that’s exactly what it felt like.
highly recommend and I will be returning
