Une très agréable escale dans un charmant hôtel familial

Le personnel était charmant, très accueillant et a un peu parlé le français avec nous. La chambre était propre, la douche était très agréable.

Real italian family-run hotel and restaurant

After arriving, we would easily log in. The local restaurant were fantastic the meals and assortment too. The staff is kind, trained and knowledgeable. You can easily feel at home. Only 2-4 minute from the Lake. Dog friendly. Beautiful and comfy furnitures.

The room was big and very clean, it has a very safe open parking in the hotel.

The door of the room was very old. It makes you feel the traditional atmosphere of the hotel but may be it would be a good idea to restore them.

Excellent value for money!

The lady at reception (Adriana) is very welcoming and helpful with whatever you might need! The location is top, top! And beautiful surroundings too. A very short walking distance to the lake, Cernobbio Town and Villa Erba and a super short drive to Villa d’Este. Nice and classical property with spacious rooms and wonderful view! Peaceful place to unwind.

We wanted to extend our stay, there was no availability so they were super kind to move us to an apartment which is part of the same building too. Unfortunately we only noticed the shower hose was extremely dirty quite late into the night. So we couldn’t get cleaners in to sort it out. It was full of wet mould everywhere, hence we couldn’t have a shower. But that was the only negative side to it. Everything else was wonderful!

Very pleasant and close to the city centre of Cernobbio.

Parking space, nice and helpful staff and spacious rooms

Great experience

Very well located for quickly passing over to Suisse when driving back home with an absolutely wonderfull staff that made us and our 2 months old baby feel welcome and catered to. Food is also very much recommended in the cosy restaurant.

The people are the kindest, all so friendly and amazing hospitality. Great location, the water is only 10 minutes walking.

The rooms are outdated but if you don’t care too much about this, it is definitely worth booking. You will have a great experience.

Great location for Lake Como for a short or long stay.

Great location, sitting in a large garden and only minutes walk from Lake Como this hotel is ideal for anyone travelling with a dog. The bedrooms have had a spruce up since last year and ae now pleasant and fresh.
