L'hotel giusto pe run viaggio di lavoro.

Camera spaziosa e ben disposta con bagno ampio e fruibile con molte dotazioni a corredo indice di buona attenzione al cliente. L'ambiente è molto tranquillo ideale per un viaggio di lavoro. Buono lo staff della reception e della sala colazione; struttura ben tenuta e molto pulita, immersa in una zona residenziale nel sobborgo di Maroussi in Atene. Molto buono il servizio WiFi.

Il servizio TV in camera offriva solamente programmazione locale e pochi canali disponibili.

fair - due to LACKING fitness options at the resort

Nice resort - good pool - nice room

That the fitness was not available even if marketed on the ordering - if and under a reconstruction the hotel should offers alternative solutions e.g. by external vendors or re-located the fitness machines in another location in the resort - next time I will investigate and if not promised change the stay to another hotel ;o(

Good location close to metro station

It's a very convenient location as it is very close to the Neratziotisa Metro station and only 40 mins from the airport. Good room size and comfy bed.

Unfortunately the hotel was a building site during my stay, there was no internet connection in the room which made it impossible to work and it was very noisy during day time as active constructions were going on.

Avoid if you can and do not expect to rest here.

Some of the staff was super nice and huge thank you for that. You are the stars of this hotel! Friendly cats that are usual guests in the courtyard also made it a bit nicer.

We had high expectation because of 4 starts, unfortunately, the room was crying for renovation. Old and dirty towels, poor breakfast, poor wi-fi, mattress was so worn out that it had a slope and was quite uncomfortable. Tip: we improved the situation by flipping it around, probably it was never done before. No kettle or option to make yourself tea/coffee, which I usually find even in 2 stars. One staff member was extremely rude when we asked for hot water in reception after 11 p.m. (closing time of Restaurant). Doors have no sound isolation and I was woken up by cleaners insanely loud ringtone every morning.

Very old hotel, not renovated. The Wifi connection was really bad, I was there for business and I could not even work properly.

Not a 4star hotel - probably a 2star

Just the location

From the cleanliness and not existent amenities to decor and food were absolutely terrible. For a 4star hotel the service staff should be more alert and helpful. The rooms need serious tlc and the food is of poor quality. They even wanted to charge me for asking greek coffee for breakfast. 4star not...probably 2star at its best.

Just perfect from start to finish

From the moment we stepped inside the hotel we were made to feel extremely welcome. We arrived earlier than expected and our room was already available - perfect spot overlooking the pool and restaurant/terrace and perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down. Our room was extremely clean and tidy and the lovely toiletries and non alcoholic beverages in the fridge were a very nice touch. Kettle for tea and coffee was quickly provided on request. The receptionists were very helpful and knowledgeable about Athens and the surrounding area. The staff in the restaurant were outstanding, the food was of a very high quality and nothing was too much trouble - you only had to ask. The hotel was in the perfect location for our stay and cannot wait to come back next year.

The pool was a little cold but to be honest rather refreshing after a day site -seeing in the beautiful city of Athens. To be honest there was nothing to dislike.

We enjoyed our stay at Civitel Attik, and would definitely go back.

The hotel is in a lovely residential location, close to a large mall. The room was spacious and the two main beds were very comfortable, The staff was kind and helpful. I requested a late check out and they offered me to stay longer than I requested, for no extra charge. The children had lots of fun in the pool, and there are lots of loungers available for adults.

The 3rd bed in the room was very hard and uncomfortable. In the morning, the cleaners were very loud talking to each other in the corridor and woke us up much earlier than needed.

the location

1. the move detector for the electrical power in the room. in the night I couldn’t recharge my devices. 2. there was a small step towards the bathroom and I couldn’t go alone with my wheelchair. 3. I felt uncomfortable when two days after my check out they called my to charge my more because they’ve done a mistake at my payment.

Nice pool and good breakfast. Location was good for us as we were going to concert at Olympic stadium. For exploring Athens it is not a good location.

Safe deposit was not working. I complained nobody fixed it. Asked for extra pillows never got them.
