Highly recommended

Fabulous pool - more like a resort-style. Great breakfast which catered for gluten free on request.

A small lounge in the room would have been good. Fan was noisy in the bedroom.

Toccata e fuga

La vista panoramica dal terrazzo su tutto il golfo. Il terrazzo era inoltre attrezzato con un bel tavolino perfetto per consumare pasti al fresco. Tra l'altro, se non avessimo avuto fretta di ripartire, per la colazione avremmo potuto mangiare a bordo piscina e trattenerci per un bagno anche dopo l'ora del check out. Per chi avesse particolari esigenze sanitarie, si segnala la vicinanza del protno soccorso, ma proprio nel senso che esci dalla struttura, attraversi la strada, e accedi di là....

Un errore capita a tutti, ci mancherebbe.... tuttavia trovare una ciocca di capelli attaccata alle piastrelle della doccia ha fatto un po senso e.... nonostante i 30 gradi, alla fine, abbiamo rinunciato a fare la doccia. Questo è stato un bel disagio, vista anche la stagione. Tolto questo, che magari è stata una svista occasionale e sicuramente non ricapiterà, la stanza era grande e la terrazza veramente bella.

Ultimately a lovely stay with a spectacular view of Vieste

The view of Vieste is incredible; even more spectacular than the picures. The pool is the perfect spot to lounge around for the day. The rooms are equipped with their own kitchen so you can prepare food and enjoy the view, which is convenient as being at the top of the hill it is not as easy to access restaurants. There is a shuttle that runs throughout the day down to the beach club and they will pick you back up again in the afternoon which was convenient for us as we did not have a car. Lots of parking if you did have a car. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Probably a good place to stay if you do have a car as the walk up the hill with the suitcase was not ideal and the town seemed to lack taxi’s. The location while beautiful does require a 30 minute walk down to the town on a road with no footpath. The TV was older and did not have anything we could watch in English. The subtitles and language change was an option on thr tv for some channels but did not work. Although the receptionist showed us how to turn on the air conditioning it did not seem to work. There is a fan in the living room but not in thr bedrooms and it was very hot.

Superb

Beautiful place with magnificient views of Vieste from the pool. Nice room with balcony. There even is a small playground for children and barbecue area (usefull as there is no restaurant).

Pool closes too soon (19:30). No food. Breakfast not worth it.

Need a car and the road in and out can be a challenge if you are not a good driver. Access is imposable if you have mobility issues. Very steep driveway and stairs a challenge to get to the suites, if not near impossible with cases

Everything was just perfect!

The view from the pool and our room was really amazing. The staff was very friendly and the service excellent. The pool was big and very clean. On two days, there was very good live music in the afternoon for a couple of hours.

superb location, with a splendid view over Vieste and the see! Ideal location to visit Vieste and the surroundings... it's comfortable, and quiet, as it is location just outside Vieste, with a very nice swimming pool, from where you also overlook Vieste. Nice breakfast near the swimming pool, staff is very friendly. Really advisable!

Very pleased with the place.

The place was absolutely lovely. Very big rooms and the level of cleanliness was perfect. Lovely swimming poo with amazing view of the city. Good parking and perfect location. Only 5 minutes by car from centre and if you are brave enough as you are not scared of hot weather you can walk to the centre in only 20/25 minutes. Staff was very friendly. I will definitely recommend this place.

The only thing I was not extremely impressed with was breakfast. Not that much of a choice even if what they had was very nice anyway. I would have expected a little bit more to be honest.

Lovely hotel

Fantastic place overlooking Vieste town and the sea. One of the best hotel pools I've ever seen - spotlessly clean and huge! Lovely breakfast by the pool. Nice room with a big balcony with the same view. Comfy bed and decent aircon.

Tiny shower cubicle - difficult to shower without knocking the temp control and getting scorched! Location not great as too far to walk into town and only 2 shuttle buses a day. Worth it though for the view - you can't have both!

Magical view from the pool

We have never stayed in such a beautiful and pleasant accommodation. English speaking boy who explained everything to us arranged. Clean, beautiful pool with a view of the city. Service by the pool, always with snacks from the barmaid. Breakfast excellent, a large selection. Sitting area in front of the room, clothes dryer, air conditioning. It's a 20-minute walk to the center, but it's uphill, but it doesn't matter at all in the evening. 7 minutes by car to the beach that belongs to the Villa. The most beautiful beach in the city, clean, bar, showers. Just beauty. Vieste is a wonderful city. Lively everywhere, culture on the streets, dozens of restaurants, shops open until midnight.

peaceful, great and amazing!!

This hotel was so surprisingly GREAT! The stadf, accommodation, view, evetything was top notch!! We stayed for only one night because we had to continue our trip, but will definitely come back, and this time with whole family!!

Great place for a relaxing vacation

Super relaxing time

Beautiful pool with an amazing view and bar, very relaxing! Also breakfast is at the bar at the pool and really good. They even had fresh pancakes! There’s a shuttle that can take you down to the beach and a handful of charming agriturismi where you can have a lovely dinner. Everything was perfect, I’d immediately go back again :)
