Good but not for the pool

It was a very nice room with plenty of activities to do in the hotel Good buffet too

Only one pool and it was too busy and not cleaned properly so we couldn’t really enjoy it

Bof pour du repos

L'accueil est vraiment le point fort de cet établissement, nous évoluons dans une atmosphère familiale. En voyage avec mes deux ados, le troisième petit lit était en fait un clic clac très léger sur lequel je manquais de tomber à chaque fois que je me retournais ....la première nuit fut catastrophique cependant dès le lendemain j'ai évoqué le problème, ils m'ont posé un clic clac plus solide et les nuits d'après ont été plus agréables.

Venue pour me détendre 3 jours à l'hôtel, l'établissement n'est pas fait pour ça. Nous sommes plus dans un esprit camping en famille. La piscine n'est pas très propre eau trouble et petite et souvent pleine d'enfants excités 😅, cris et éclaboussures au rendez-vous ! Le sol de la chambre couvert de poussière...pas agréable de rester pieds nus...le petit couloir qui mène à la chambre lui aussi poussièreux, feuilles et cheveux aimaient nous accueillir quotidiennement... J'aimais prendre ma douche la première parce que les suivants n'avaient pas d'eau chaude ! La connexion internet n'est pas géniale. Pour une bonne connexion il fallait aller sous le hall d'entrée. A notre arrivée vers 16h nous avons commandé des pizzas que nous avons mangées dans le hall, des mouches venaient se poser dans nos assiettes ainsi qu'aux petits déjeuners ce qui a etait désagréable (tables proches des barrières). Le premier buffet fut une déception totale soirée italienne les pâtes n'étaient vraiment pas bonnes et des cheveux traînaient au buffet. Les jours suivants les buffets étaient bien meilleurs. La seule activité proposée était le bateau à fond de verre a Maurice pour 3 jours il nous était possible le de faire le jour de notre départ 1h avant le check out ...pas intéressant... Cet établissement est fait pour les vacances en famille avec des enfants en mode "colonie de vacances". Si vous souhaitez vous prélasser au bord de la piscine ou profiter de la plage ça n'est pas le meilleur des endroits, la plage face a l'hôtel n'est pas accessible roches et poissons pierres. Il faut aller a trou biche ou la belle plage de mont Choisy les deux a 10' de l'hôtel.

Perfect Vacation Stay

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and always free ready to assist in any way possible. Everyone was so lovely...from the cleaning staff to the cooks and the live band. We really enjoyed our stay with the so many cuisines we were treated to daily. Excellent service!!!

10 jours au top, on reviendra.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Emplacement parfait. Le personnel est disponible, souriant et sympathique. Jennifer est particulièrement attentionnée. Certe la piscine et la plage sont petites, mais cela vous offre de magnifique coucher de soleil en degustant une noix de coco fraiche. De plus la superbe plage de Mont Choisy est à 5min à pied. Le fait que notre chambre rénovée soit en bord de route ne nous n'a pas posé problème, en effet la circulation est très légère la nuit. Les repas sont variés, les jardins sont bien entretenus.

La literie est un peu trop ferme à mon sens.

Great place to stay

- very friendly staff, they are always there to help - very nice location (in between 2 beautiful beaches, walking distance along the seaside) - very nice hotel for families with kids (lots of entertainment happening) - we had an amazing room next to the sea; great place to wake up

- if you prefer some peace and quiet, this might not be the best option for you - personally I wasn’t a big fan of the food, and prefer to discover local places (price-quality)

On our arrival, we were greeted by Mrs.Marie Chiristine who I do admire for her customer oriented.

Room was excellent condition. Beach was not that good due to spacing. WIFI good sometimes...During peak time, it was off and ON....

Vraiement très bien

Hôtel très agréable - chambres confortables et joli jardin - Super pratique pour visiter - petite plage privée et à 2 pas de la grande plage de sable de Mont Choisy - Prix des boissons très correct

en réservant nous n'avons par réalisé que c'était un hôtel club avec des animations - le week-end hélas elles sont nombreuses et bruyantes - il faut demander une chambre plus éloignée de l'espace animation pour trouver le calme

Ok for 1 night

The staffs and the director were very pleasant and friendly.

The room was very noisy (from the main road). And hygiene was not 100%. Balcony leading to the room had cockroaches which was not ideal when you want to go to your room. Dinner was very blend and not many choices but the price was quite high for such quality and choices.

Disappointed stay at this resort.

Breakfast was ok. AC in room was good.

Bad plumbing. Bug infestation. Won't give drinking water (asking for 150 MUR which is ridiculous). Food was not good.

If you’re going to mauritius and want to have a fabulous time just booo here. you won’t regret it .

The guys at reception are amazing, when you arrive just ask for Vincent or Sunil and they will treat you like royalty, They are such an asset to this place:

Aangenaam verrast.

Personeel. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Duikcentrum vlak naast hotel. Kluis in kamer.

Wifi. De router moest dikwijls worden vervangen en dan hadden we soms dagen geen wifi. Jammer. Vochtigheid in kamer (winterperiode)

Excellent location. Close to bus stop. Beautiful beaches a short walk away. Very good breakfast.

Lack of TV channels. No English.only French channels. Very expensive taxi service found opposite hotel.

Top rated property with good views - Indians be careful for meal

Amazing Location and very good views. The rooms were pretty clean and the live band in night was amazing. Ambience was very nice.

Everything was good except the staff behaviour when we asked a simple question on vegetarian options. There was Chinese buffet and we simple asked the chef if there will be vegetarian options. The chef started quoting how Indians come here and then complaint about pure veg and get it cleared from reception. The receptionist and chef talked in their native language and while I couldn't understand it, the facial expressions and body language was pretty unwelcoming. We said them let it be and moved on. Nobody cared to check with us again. Thankfully there was an Indian restaurant opposite the hotel and we had our lovely dinner with no judgement.

We booked the Coral Azur hotel together with our friends and we knew that the hotel needed some renovation but most of the reviews were saying that the atmosphere and the service was great. The service we received was above our expectations, we were welcomed with drinks on our arrival and even though we got to the hotel much earlier than we were supposed to we were told we could have lunch and were more than welcome to the bar and all the facilities. Our all inclusive started as soon as we got there. The whole 2 weeks were just amazing, it might be a 3 star hotel but it’s definitely got 5 star service. We would like to thank Francesco the manager and Ashley, Anissa, Jo Lopez and all the other staff that made our holiday so special. THANK YOU. You are the best.

The food was very good at all meals I was onsite for during my stay

Any little things were made up for by wonderful staff. 1/2 the rooms are being renovated. I had a view room with a great view probably difficult to have a quiet room sometimes when the premise is full in winter 😅

Entertainment program was the only worthy thing

Awful customer service, old bed sheets, noisy rooms, construction noise on the side, THERE IS NO BEACH( although the name suggests otherwise) , calling you to leave room 1 minute after official check out time( sounds like a resort , right?).

Room keeping stuff was nice. As well reception staff was good. Location was good - close to nice beach.

Resort is really outdated. Pictures are misleading e.g. bathroom is not shown in the gallery. Hygiene is bad in common spaces e.g. resturants

The location and view was superb. Great sunset facing directly the ocean. Good food with different option and a lot of variety. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, they surprise us on our honeymoon with gift and prosecco.

Facilities could be upgraded and the room decore could be improved.

My family and I loved every single minute of it. what we love the most is entertainment. There is always something to do there to keep you busy. I loved the fact that any activities highlighted the culture, and everyone seemed happy and helpful and flexible. Food my Goodness was amazingly lovely. Well done to the chefs! It's a very good job you doing all. .. will go again, definitely! Just loved it ❤️ ♥️
