everything is perfect, the location is excellent for visiting Portofino, the rooms are very clean, the people who work in the hotel are very kind, the breakfast is good

Gente super simpatica :)

We have never been to a hotel with so a nice staff!! Everything was perfect, the room was super clean with a nice balcony, breakfast was nice too, and we felt at home. The location of the hotel is perfect if you travel by train. If we come back, hotel Il Gatto only! :)

The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and large.

Breakfast was lovely, and a great slection, just exactly the same items each day. A little variety between days would add a lot to the stay.

Super friendly staff! Warm welcome. Very nice Italian sweet breakfast. Excellent coffee! Everything is made for comfortable rest. Cleanliness! Perfect daily cleaning.

If you are driving, beware of very difficult parking. Also, the hotel is not central to the "action" or the best restaurants.

Very accommodating and friendly

Our staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped with our plans of exploring the area, telling us the best routes and all of the best places to visit. The staff were also very accommodating on our last day and provided breakfast earlier than they usually do. They even provided take away bags as we were running late. Overall very friendly and lovely staff would definitely recommend. Additionally the area was very close to the port and restaurants for you to explore.

a perfect location - walking distance to the centre, some fruit shops, wonderful staff - helpful, cheerful, gave some great tips for the trip, very very recommending it.

Very friendly staff; the hotel is close to the train station and the city center, we had a large room with a balcony overlooking a quiet street. Everything was comfortable and clean.

The sound insulation between the rooms is poor - we heard our neighbors talk

Overnight stop

Comfortable bed. Good shower. Friendly staff. Near to sea and restaurants. Free Parking was welcome in such a busy town.

With Covid restrictions, we had to wait a little while to be served breakfast.
