Ottima struttura

Struttura accogliente Camara grande e ben arredata, bagno bello e grande, colazione ottima con prodotti buonissimi e fatta in una sala che sembrava di essere in un film dell 800, veramente bello!

top hotel!

heel leuk sfeervol kleinschalig hotel met een mooie kamer! top locatie om Bilbao te verkennen (station erg kort bij ) Personeel uitermate vriendelijk

eigenlijk niets. je moet wel weten dat er geen airco is en wij hadden pech (of juist geluk als je er van houdt…) dat er een plaatselijk festival was. waardoor er s nachts erg veel lawaai was van feestende mensen op weg naar huis ( ik denk station) dus helaas niet zo goed geslapen.

Loved the place but room we stayed in should not be let until the noise issue is addressed

Very warm welcome from the host Maria. Property located in a good redwood area. Bed very comfortable, probably the best during our 3 week holiday. Hotel came with a good food review but unfortunately the kitchen was closed on the day we arrived. (Monday)

Our room was facing the road and unfortunately the road noise was spoilt our stay not to mention our sleep. Awoken at 5am by a passing train followed by steady commuter traffic. Even with the window closed the noise was still too much. On investigation it turned out that the rubber seals were missing and would be a cheap fix. Would stay again but not in this room.

Perfect hotel!!

Very friendly staff, such a lovely breakfast, a beautiful hotel en interior. It was perfect for us!! Near a trainstation , that brought us in 15min to Bilbao. And we even took this eukotren to San Sebastian.

Beautiful property. Train station across the road with direct access to Bilbao centre.

Very friendly family run business. Lovely breakfast with homemade cakes and specialities.

Great overnight stay

We spent one night here using the hotel as a base to explore Bilbao. We were able to park our hire car and then it was an easy walk to the station to catch a Metro to the city. Trains run every 15 minutes and were cheap. We had dinner in the hotel which was very good and then had a very comfortable nights sleep. This is a lovely family run hotel.

This hotel is a bit expensive but worth the money for the easy access to Bilbao and the really nice setup

Beautiful Basque farmhouse, free parking, easy trip to central Bilbao

A beautiful old Basque farmhouse with its original features. Free parking, 2 min walk to the train station which takes you to Casco Viejo within 15 minutes.

Exceptional

Room was big, nicely decorated, bed was comfortable, bathroom completely new. I had dinner and it was extremely good, great quality for value. Breakfast was superb. Staff friendly and efficient.

Excellent stay in wonderful location with superb food

Location was great for us returning to Ferry.We Also went to Guernica Road access was Easy. The breakfast was tasty and soft boiled Egg cooked to perfection.We had dinner here also and it was most Delicous.Cooked to perfection.Hats off to the chef.

Breakfast was excellent, unfortunately the restaurant was not open the night of my stay, but I was still fed a delightful selection of tapas that served the purpose. Really friendly people, beautiful building parts I was told almost 500 years.

Convenient for visiting Bilbao

The hotel is situated right next to the train station to Bilbao, train every 20 min. Plenty of free parking space. Comfortable size of room.

The small window (as the building keeps its traditional character) opened to a stone wall. The bathroom was not professionally cleaned. The thin walls allowed everything to be heard in the room.

Food - restaurant dinner superb, breakfast very good. Room good, a bit dark and creaky but this is a very old building - to be expected.

Room - but see my comment above. A little noisy overnight but no big problem.

A lovely way to start our holiday as part of a Spanish family!

A lovely family feel in a building full of character. The owners were so welcoming.

There was no air con, so the room was quite hot overnight.

A peaceful haven away from, but convenient for, the city centre

The family room was spacious. The location was excellent - a peaceful haven away from the city centre, but right opposite the train station - getting in and out of the centre was quick and easy. The hotel has a small garden for relaxing or outdoor dining in the very good restaurant. There is on site parking, and the staff were lovely too!

Bilboa hotel

In a suburb of Bilbao but good for us as we had car and big bike rack. But there is a lovely train stop 2 mins walk from hotel, we were able to take bikes on train in to Bilbao city, took about 20 mins. Also Alicia was so helpful with everything, she speaks 5 languages!!

Strategically located hotel

Beautiful hotel with a great restaurant. The location is strategic: easy and free parking, but also just 1 minute away from the train station with frequent rides to Bilbao (15 min train drive). The staff is super kind and serves a delicious breakfast.

The rooms do not have airco: it would be nice to have fly screen in the windows to be able to get some fresh air.
