Centrally located in the middle of everything.

Very centrally located, meters away from the water’s edge. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great help with parking our car. There is free parking available next to the hotel, arrange with the hotel before you arrive.

Very small room. No coffee/tea facility in the room. Coffee, tea and cold drinks available at reception. Breakfast was nothing special. If you don’t eat bread and cheese, go somewhere else for breakfast. You can only eat so much boiled egg, cucumber and tomato. No fruit.

You have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the elevator No soap is provided as bathroom amenities; there is a liquid soap in a container by the sink and you need to get out of the shower to get a squirt Air conditioning is mounted on the wall above the TV and blasts over the bed Breakfast is very basic… such a waist of time There is no balcony….it’s the fire exit stairs platform used as “balcony” Room is very small…if you are claustrophobic, don’t go there Pillows very uncomfortable There is no safe, and the so called “balcony” door is closed, but not locked… anyone can climb the stairs and use your room, because it’s easy to open from outside. Not worth the money!!! English speaking receptionists yes, but limited language competences…thus, difficult to communicate.

Canakkale is a wonderful town/ a little bit windy / , full with people, but safe - many restaurants with yammy food, shopping places, historical sites, etc.. The best of Hotel Pelit is it's position - situated in the heart of the center of town, 100-200m from ferry , sea promenade with shops, restaurants, the Trojan Horse, the Clock-house of Canakkale and bazaars,etc.It's a family run hotel, owners are very kind and helpful.The hotel do not have its own parking- behind the hotel there is a big municipal parking place free of charge, but very crowded,Owners did their best to arrange us parking places,but it was a challenge.Rooms are quiet.Beds are very comfortable,bathroom is ok.Elevator on site, wi-fi very good, Brekfast is basic.

In fact double-bed rooms are very small - it was difficult even to settle our luggage and objects and go around them to get to the bed..:( Breakfast was simple and basic, there was no hot food, no pastries-burek or simit, only 2-3 pieces fried rolls served everyone,. Sorry to say, but Pictures on site Do not show real dimensions of rooms and breakfast included ! In fact if you are just going through town and stay one night - it's ok, but as we stayed 3 nights- it was a bit disappointing, also 3 days no one came to clean rooms-baths/ or even to take our waste matters from bathroom -it's not good :( Hope u will do yr best to improve things.

The hotel is near the port, in the city center, and staff is very kind. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is very clean. Our stay was wonderful, I recommend it for accommodation! Thank you!

Beautiful city with great location

Although it was placed in some small roads with no place to even stop and leave your luggage, the location is very close to the ferry, the Trojan Horse, the Clock-house of Canakkale and their bazaar.

Very poor breakfast. The drainage of the shower in one of the rooms was clogged.

the roofterrace was lovely, and usually I don't like glass screens, but because it is always windy in Canakkale it made perfect sense. And the food was so nice.

Disappointing

The location was excellent. Car parking just around the corner. Very polite stuff :)

Old furnitures. The bed was not comfortable at all. The room was small and the air conditioner was situated opposite the bed and it was not possible to work when you are in the room. The breakfast is very poor and there was no coffee machine.

great location, not great value for money

nothing like in the picture… it was a small room, ok for 1 person but not 2 .. we had to place our cases in front of the fridge and cupboard .. very inconvenient. aircon, which is a necessity in this heat, worked well but blew directly onto the bed, which is not pleasant. the “balcony” was actually a fire escape. location was great, just up the road from the ferry terminal and the promenade. staff were helpful arranged for us a taxi to take us to Troy and back. breakfast was basic and by all accounts the worse we have had offered in all our travels in Turkey.

Clean and cosy, great value for price

The hotel is very cosy and clean, located 1 min walk from the main street of the city along the sea, but at the same time it's relatively quiet. Near you could find many places for dinner, coffee or a drink. The hosts were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, with good air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a clean bathroom. There is big free parking just at the back of the hotel. I will definitely recommend for staying in Canakkale.

The breakfast was very simple and not very satisfactory but to be honest for this price I won't make a problem with it. You also cannot enter the hotel directly from the parking and have to walk around the near street, but this is also not a big issue. As a recommendation for possible future upgrades, it would be great if you can enter the hotel right from the parking.

The Port Promenade is just beautiful - as well as handsome at the same Time. Very nice place you got

I did like the single Room with Balcony allowing me to smoke at any Time.

The Touristic Tour Service is mainly set on Packages of Visit's from the various War Monument's, - there is not much space left for conceptionalizing Sight seeing Tours about Naturale Sight's of the local surrounding, nor from the Islands. I just realized that lacking side of Touristical Sponsoring.

Location is perfect. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Cute place in the city center

Great location, very nice staff. In the city center, great for one night or for more to visit the beautiful city! The price was great and the breakfast was included. Just great to start the day!

Don't hesitate

VERY friendly and polite staff willing to help at any time. There was a little incident and they solved it the next second after being told. Strong wi-fi, varied and fresh breakfast. Great location. Will definitely return.

Great place

The staff is very nice and they had reserved 2 parking spots right in front of the hotel which was very important for us Simple but good breakfast Comfortable bed, we slept very well! The location is very near the ferry and the city center. Canakkale surprised me! It is a very modern and fun city!! And the food is amazing .

The placement of the air conditioning is not the best The bathroom is a bit outdated and could use some improvement
