Fabulous location and views of the Dardanelles

Fabulous location , not just for Canakkale itself, but as a starting point for touring Gallipoli and Troy. Fabulous views over the Dardanelles from our top floor room. Great restaurant below.

Meet expectations for a night

Lovely room with a view. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

Breakfast was average as the restaurant had been busy and not much left. What was left the hot food was cold.

Excellent location, cozy and comfortable room, very good breakfast.

We stayed overnight at the hotel on our way to Kosovo, we arrived late and left early in the morning so did not have many opportunities to enjoy neighbourhood. We discovered seaside walking area early in the morning. I would love to go back and enjoy the place properly.

Breakfast was good. Room was very big and spacious, there were comfortable chairs and the bed was very comfortable. The sea view was perfect. Staff was helpful and polite. The restaurant in the hotel was good.

Some stuff was broken in the bathroom, but it wasn't critical.

The room was fairly big, very comfortable beds.

The hotel was a little outdated. It was quite noisy as the rooms are facing the restaurant and main street so there is noise till late hours and we needed to rest after long trip.

Pleasant place to stop for a night

Location is great, hotel parking is a great asset - it’s quite hard to park at the narrow streets around The room is spacious, comfortable bed Breakfast is good not exceptional but pretty good

Perfect Calm Stay at Büyük Truva Hotel.

We liked everything at the hotel. They were very helpful with check in. It was right next to the city center and our room had a perfect sea view. The room was silent. We also liked very much the traditional Turkish breakfast served in Swedish table style. Everything was clean and we definitely would like to come back to this hotel. :)

A perfect location

Hotel is in a prime location. Right in the town center, 1 minute drive to the ferry port to Gallipoli and has a free car park. Staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast is a buffet style but well stocked with a good choice

The wifi wasn’t working at all. The bathroom was very small and the shower has no pressure. The wall with the AC was degraded. A lot of noise from the other rooms. Most of the pictures of the room were different versus the room we received.

Nice day on the Chanakkale.

Perfect location of the hotel, just on the sea side from where you can see the ships and ferries traveling across the Dardanelles. The trojan horse is a few meters away from the hotel. There is car park on the back of the hotel. The breakfast was very nice and all Covid restrictions was taken for safety of tourists and personal.
