Ödemeyi peşin kesti. Daireyi teslim aldık ama klima çalışmadı! Ana yatak SU YATAĞI imiş ve ısıtıcısı çalışmıyordu! Banyo ısıtıcısı çalışmıyordu! Çocuklarla donduk! 2 saat sonra Ev sahibine yazdım ve ayrıldık. 3 gün geçti, Nezaketen cevap bile vermediler ! Temizlik berbattı. Heryerden Kadın saçları çıkıyor. Yatak altları toz. Klima toz üflüyor ve çok eski. Zerre itina gösterilmemiş. Sakın Resimlere aldanmayın.

Underwhelmed with expectations. Not quite as stated.

Being located in the old town was good. The town has many restaurants, boutique hotels and apartments.

We found the accommodation and facilities misleading or underwhelming.. The wifi didn't work(advised the host and no response), the tv did not work either as there was no wifi. The airconditioning is in the main bedroom only and didn't reach the other bedroom. There is no patio, terrace mountain or city view. The spa bath is on the bottom of the small shower. There was no kitchen facilities to prepare meals only plates cutlery and glasses . I would not stay there with 4 people again.

Exceptional

Extremely funny place to stay)) Design made either by russian tsar or gypsy kings! We loved it, however have to mention that it was not really convenient to let out kid running as it is whole bunch of stairs inside apartment. Overall is great

great location but very disappointing

great location the bedrooms had lovely quirky decor good strong shower

I asked for an early check-in as my friend and I only had one night in the town and wanted to make the most of our stay - I was told this was “not possible” - which was fine - BUT - our actual check-in time was 14:00 and we could not check in until 14:55 as the cleaner was trying frantically to clean the apartment! It was NOT her fault - she was lovely but it was very clear that no one had been in the apartment immediately before us so why didn’t the owner get it cleaned in advance when I booked it! He / she had 3 days notice. we struggled to find the apartment as it was above the “soap shop” but the soap shop was closed with no visible signs that it was a soap shop! there was no hairdryer. 😭😭😭 waterbed is a novelty but it needs some more water - this place has clearly been neglected by the owner as it’s off season! which is a shame. the bottom line is that I think this would be a nice place to stay in the summer (for no more than a a couple of nights as it is very small) but it was clearly an effort to accommodate us for one night off season - the place needs a proper deep clean too!

Very good

Decorated in a fun, extravagant style, it was certainly an unusual place to stay! Really central in Old Town, just a few minutes walk from free parking just outside the city gate, but very quiet as it was tucked up a side street. The waterbed in one of the rooms was unexpected, but is in fact listed on the property details. Both rooms are true doubles with lots of options for lighting. Easy to check in/out, and good communication with the owner. Overall a good and memorable place to stay for a couple of nights.

Limited cookware for cooking on the hob, but the owner responded quickly to our request and supplied a larger pan for the 2nd night which was great. The jets in the jacuzzi bath and shower weren't working which was a pity. There isn't a living room, but there's a dining area instead.

the location in old town was wonderful. the apartment was thoughtfully decorated.

the floors were very dirty. there was no carpet anywhere and not a single comfortable chair to sit in, leaving the apartment a bit overall uncomfortable.

I loved it

It is the cosiest and most extravagant place in Kotor, the location is perfect ! I could sleep so well there - although the place is in the center its not noisy and you sleep very well there. The Interior is the best I ever saw in an appartment. You feel private and hidden in the middle of cowded Kotor. One will never forget this place! I came back after 8 years because it was always in my mind. The host is such a nice guy ! The most charming

Great apartment at great location

The atmosphere in the apartment was great. Location was perfect. Floors, bathroom and everything that matters was really clean. When we came, the apartment was nicely heated and there was music from TV. Apartment looks amazing as it does on the pictures. We were not disapointed.

I'd suggest that the owner updates the small things that are not working (nothing major, but, for example, jets in the shower are not working), things that are overused and makes sure all the dust is wiped off before the guests come. And that that everything that is listed this apartment has is actually in it (like Play Station).
