Lovely setting, very quiet and authentic feel. Nice range of areas to lie in the sun, a good size pool and lots of shaded areas for when it go to hot. Nice location in the north for getting about the north of the island.
Bit rough round the edges, the aircon unit leaked above the tv, the bathroom mirror was permanently steamed up and the breakfast looked like it was leftovers from the day before each day.

This place is beautiful, it’s well maintained and clean.
The pool is decent size and the suite we booked was spacious.
To be honest the only thing that lets this place down is the breakfast.
It has the potential to be a great holiday place to stay but
the breakfast really let it down, it needs updating, very lazy effort
with stale bread selection, coffee machine that needs a service,
cereal was old. it was a real shame with such stunning surroundings, we found ourselves buying breakfast out every day.

heavenly hotel in idyllic surroundings. beautiful well kept garden all in bloom in June, gorgeous crystal clear pool, lovely large very comfortable room with a large private terrace (standard double) great shower too. the best bit for us was the amazingly laid back atmosphere. totally relaxed and thought had been put into everything. honesty bar with drinks and ice cream. family run and all very friendly. Maria was very welcoming. nothing was too much trouble. highly recommend! (even our dog was made to feel very welcome and loved)
our road trip did not allow a longer stay

The setting, buildings and grounds are delightful. Breakfast served on the terrace was generous., and accompanied by resident dogs and beautiful cats.
No dislikes about the Afro but the access from main road was not well signposted and very bumpy.

I visited this placed 7 years ago and was delighted at that time.
Now, this place felt worn out. Breakfast was substandard, as was service at breakfast (dirty table, no butter, stale croissants, sweaty cheese, ...) . The room smelled musty. The beautiful garden suffers from insufficient attention and there is rubbish lying around. What a pity - this could be such a lovely place.
6.0
The breakfast was not good, the staff had little experience with guests serving breakfast. The food was also not good.
If they would have a buffet for the breakfast, it would be easier for everybody.

Honesty bar, clean large room, clean bathroom, roof terrace, pool, v v quiet, pretty and full of traditional character. Family run, helpful staff, ordered taxis for me. I felt safe despite travelling alone.
Breakfast basic and simple but delicious- don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed!
Fruit and veg a little over ripe but bacon and eggs fresh to order and warm bread. If you have intolerance or special requirements maybe eat out for breakfast.

Poor service. Breakfast in the low average and very slow service.
It seems that they don't care too much about the customer.
First time that I have to pay for an additional bed even when I have booked a room for 3 persons (2 adults and 1 child).
