Comfortable, clean, relaxing, enjoyable. Would happily return when visiting Eden again.

The property is across the road from the beach. Within a good walking distance from shops with comfortable shoes, or a 2 minute drive. Clean cabins, friendly staff. Good play park for the kids.

Pleasant

Location was very nice, lovely to walk along the promenade. B.B.Q areas were very clean and set up well. Lawns perfectly groomed.

We booked a 4 night stay and were provided with one towel each. I wasn't sure if I should wash them so we had fresh towels. 4 nights is too many to use the same towel. I was told that they only refresh the towels after a week but was begrudgingly given some fresh ones. I didn't like the frosty attitude for what I thought was a reasonable request. Also too many signs everywhere. Scared to do anything. Won't return.

Mostly relaxing

The location to Eden and the beach were great. The location was lovely and quiet. The team were extremely helpful and friendly.

The cabin we stayed in was a bit tired and could do with upgrading. Also no WIFI, which these days are a must have in a property.

Clean and quiet cabin in well maintained park

We loved the layout and as new fixtures and fittings of this cabin. Cleanliness and fit out could not be faulted. It was well situated on the lake and directly opposite the beach.

Nice place and staff Dianne is very friendly.

Clean and comfortable. Provide all things we need. Because COVID-19 Victoria is going to lockdown for 7 days, we have to left Eden Thursday instead Friday. Hopefully I can get credit for next time stay. Thanks Regards Emma

Perfect getaway

The cabin we had was spacious, neat, easy to access. The amenities were new and beyond what we had expected. The beach is on your door step! Service was outstanding, friendly and informative, they gave us a long list of things to do and places to eat :)

We had a cabin with a joining door, no issue however the walls were very thin and we could hear everything. The cleaning we good however we found small piles of dust/rubbish that must have been missed ..

Superb

We loved the out-of-town location, which was quiet and felt secluded (at the time of travel). Being able to walk straight across the road to the beach was awesome! The cabin itself was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing & self-sufficient stay. It was larger than we expected which was a nice surprise! Communication with the owner prior to our stay was fabulous - our arrival was out of park hours at 9pm and we were given simple, easy-to-follow instructions to access everything in the dark.

Unfortunately, we were disturbed by vehicles idling at the entry/exit boom gates, as our cabin was the last of the row directly opposite the gates/office. I realise this is a personal issue and out of the control of the venue owners, but i would probably ask for a different cabin next time. Thankfully we were able to fall straight back to sleep :)
