Almost perfect.
Well set up holiday house. Everything we needed
Convenient. Great facilities. Back veranda and out door shower.

Freezing. Don't stay in winter!
The place was clean and the backyard was spacious enough for our large dogs.
No lighting on the porch to find the keys. The house was freezing when we arrived and it took hours just to heat the front room. No spare blankets or bedding - had to take a doona from another room. Bad luck if all the beds needed to be occupied. Couldn't light the fire as there was no kindling, nor enough wood for an hours burning - even in the 'wood' shed there was not enough for one nights stay. The water pressure was terrible so a bath to warm up was out of the question.

Fantastic family + pets holiday
The property had everything needed for an enjoyable stay, easy access to property, even for my family with the mobility walker. Lisa is welcoming and attends to enquires quickly. It’s pet friendly, my greyhound loved the backyard, the size is great. We could see the water from the house. Shops were also close by.
I enjoyed everything. The fire pit could do with replacing as it was rusted. But it still worked while we were there.

Clean and pleasant family or group holiday house
House was clean and well set up with everything needed. Nice little touches such as games and an extensive dvd collection. Close to town and the beach.

a nice old house in a reasonable location but needs plenty of TLC to get it to an acceptable standyas a holiday rental.
good location
needs a thorough cleaning inside, including all utensils furniture etc. Main bed mattress and the living room couch needs replacement. they have collapsed in the centre

The house & garden is beautifully maintained. The bathrooms, bedrooms & areas were exceptionally clean. Also it is pet friendly, and awesome.
The back yard wasn't secure for our 2 small dogs. The back fence was made of chicken wire & had a hole in it. There was no netflix.
