What a wonderful location. Stunning views, right next to the loch!
Views from the dining room were outstanding!
Very expensive food and drink. As a result, we only are there once. A real shame as it would put us off returning!

good location / nice room / nice hotel. breakfast would have been nice by a window.
Arrival information came at 1.30 pm on day of arrival never saw it until after we had arrived. should be at least 24 hrs before arrival. Not much information at checkin. no details about the place where you can go or fuel for outdoor seating areas etc only discovers these benefits just before leaving the next day. unfortunately window tables were not reset for later guests at breakfast so we had to sit at the back of the room rather than in a window table. staff should be aware what they would like is probably what we would like

Wonderful position on the shores of Loch Awe. Excellent dinner and friendly staff.
Not a lot to fault, but water pressure for the shower could have been stronger.

Beautiful location with a very relaxed and welcoming environment. Good attention to detail from the delicious homemade shortbread in the rooms, blankets and footwear for bathing in the loch to the hospitality area for dogs.
Absolutely no dislikes or negatives.
Possibly more thought/variety given to vegan/vegetarian dishes on the menu as this can often tempt the most ardent meat lover whilst providing a more varied selection.

Can’t fault it!

Stunning location- lovely and quiet. Hotel has a lovely relaxing vibe and the staff were all cheery and friendly. The food was delicious too.
Super touch with the fire pitts outside to enjoy in the evening. Our dogs loved it.
Beautful views from most rooms - would recommend a visit here.
Would have liked a small fridge or mini bar in room.

Lovely breakfast and staff looked after us really well. The location is lovely overlooking Loch Awe - very peaceful & relaxing.
Had some plumbing problems with hot tap in sink which was looked into immediately to be repaired later. Unfortunately room was noisy at night with vibrations from pipe work under the floor - we told staff on checking out & were informed it was because we were right beside the boiler room which was next door to us! We suggested it could be looked into & remedied with pipe insulation & securing pipes as a solution. Wearing ear plugs at night was our short term solution!

The hotel is in such a beautiful location over looking the loch…the perfect place to chill out and relax. One of the most dog friendly hotels we’ve ever stayed in! The staff are all super friendly and helpful….especially the bar and restaurant staff, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Special mention to the girl who worked the bar while we were there and served us the most amazing cocktails - her service was faultless and a credit to the hotel.
Loved the outside seating area with fire pits looking onto the water! Just beautiful!
Defo recommend this hotel - pretty amazing for a 3 star hotel!
Our stay wasn’t long enough!!!!

Stunning peaceful location and very friendly staff. Restaurant was excellent, especially the home made bread! Really enjoyed our one night here and wish we could have stayed for longer
Just a teeny tiny thing, but the loo didn't refill for quote some time in our room which was a bit of a pain sometime, but really minor, mostly everything was perfect

Location was stunning. Room was huge with a lovely view. Lots of breakfast options. Loved the fire pit put on in the garden.
Lack of conditioner in the bathroom. Food in the restaurant (we felt) was overpriced and lacked in healthier options.

A few broken floor tiles in bathroom not good for bare feet .
