Very good

The ambience and facilities at the property were good. Food was average. The access to beach was very convenient and swimming pool was clean.

Staff were quite rude to us, especially one of the male receptionist. His attitude and unprofessionalism made our stay quite uncomfortable.

Very good stay for families

Very nice and serviceminded staff Nice and clean rooms Water, coffee in room every day Nice pool with nice bar Hot water in the shower (after we understood we had to turn the hotwater om with an own switch)

We were here during monsoon, so we could not stay at the beach (which of course we cannot blame the hotel)

Nice and friendly hotel

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. It was very busy but still they found me the room for early checkin and bit late checkout. The staff at the bar, I wish I could remember his name, was very friendly and made a huge positive impact at the beginning of my stay as I was waiting for my room.

Nothing much. I felt the breakfast needs more variety.

Great location for beach stays

Room was very clean and very independent from others. Each room has its own access. It’s also very close to the beach (beach in front of hotel is well maintained and clean).

Breakfast area was very small and we needed to wait outside 10 mins since it was crowded. It could also have more continental options (more fruit for example).

Had a good one

We booked a suite and it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was overlooking the pool and had good balconies.

We had specifically mentioned we will reach early but they did not help with an early check in. They should have told us it would not be possible. We would have made other plans instead of waiting at their reception for 3 hrs! Anyway nothing opens in Goa before 11!

An excellent place for a five day visit.

The pool staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Pool side music and drinks create a great atmosphere. Restaurant staff was v attentive. Check in and check out was very smooth. you can request for any specific room you want, like sea view or poolside and if possible they will accommodate it. Food is v good and you can get pool side service. Rooms are v clean. A small folding bed is provided. I was traveling alone with my two kids and found it a safe experience . taxis were v easily available and reliable. a path from the reception leads to the beach in about 200 mtrs. A very good place for women, seniors and children. Excellent location of the resort to visit Panjim, Anjuna, Morjim etc. Ideal stay time 5 days.

The buffet service needs a bit more staff to help get tea/coffee/ etc to the tables. Also each table can come equipped with a cutlery caddy so we won't need to go to the buffet each time. A wooden stand to dry swimsuits swim towels inside the room will be helpful.

Here's one place I want come back a few more times

Lovely location, direct access to the beach. Spacious, practical deluxe room, had balcony and french window. Very helpful staff- Sabu, service executive at the restaurant, was literally my menu consultant! Delicious food. (Don't miss the seafood here) Decent breakfast.
