Loved the staff, the location of the place. Absolutely beautiful.

The location is perfect, close to the city, and the beach. Inside the property, u will feel the peace and quiet.

They should have breakfast option or facility.

Highly recommending!

The staff is highly polite and accommodating. They allowed us to do early check-in and late check-out too. The property in itself is gorgeous and such value for money! Our stay had one bedroom (attached bathroom), a small living room outside, a kitchen with all the basic facilities and a balcony with chairs and a coffee table. It is simply everything you will need for a smooth stay. The property also has a swimming pool which is such a plus. The location is great too - all the suggested restaurants and coffee places were hardly 10-25 mins away from the hotel. All in all, I would highly suggest this place to anyone that is looking to have Goan fun on a budget, without compromising on comfort or quality.

Great stay in Goa

We had fantastic time in Albuquerque. Great location, close to the beach with nice garden and pool. The room itself was nice and spacious, cleaned daily. It was possible to do the laundry at the property and they even provide a simple cheap breakfast. The most exceptional was the service of the staff, everyone was lovely and very supportive.

Very supportive staff and nice ambience. Great location.

Kitchenette was decent but if they would have given a Hot plate it would have been better. Some basic toiletries would have been great. Also No way to contact the staff or reception.

Beautiful property but hospitality didn't do us good.

The property is located at a very convenient location. Beaches and good restaurants are at walking distance. The pool is clean and has a lovely surroundings.

The hotel's management is least bothered about guests privacy. While we were returning to our room in the evening we saw one of the hotel staff showing our room to another guest. Our luggage was totally unpacked and everything was scattered. This is an absolute breach of privacy for any guest. Our things are very personal and the management should understand that its totally wrong to even open a guests room unless for housekeeping.

Highly satisfied! Clean and Hygienic facility, good location and right along the main road

The hotel management (especially I would like to mention Mrs. Jala Naik) was very professional, friendly and supportive. The check-in was very quick and we were given a quick tour and information about all the hotel amenities that we could use. The design for the rooms, the setting of the trees in the campus and the swimming pool is very beautiful. The hotel location is right on the Candolim main road, which provides for good access to Panjim, Baga beach and Calangute beach. Lots of shops, restaurants & other amenities nearby. Easy access to rent a bike, which was right outside the hotel.

The only thing where the hotel could improve is to make available good breakfast in their hotel as part of the package. We had to spent lot of time in finding a good breakfast hotel as majority of the hotels are designed for lunch, dinner and drinks, so we ended up spending lot of morning time, which we could have utilized for visiting more tourist spots. Also I would like to mention here that the hotel does provide a partner restaurant phone number, but it takes lot of time for the food delivery.

Food Is not present in the Hotel..Food has to be ordered from outside which takes more than an hour for delivery..Very Bad Experience in that aspect..

Neat and clean place with lots of greenery and right on the main road. Though they don't have a restaurant inside but they do provide a common kitchen with basic cooking facilities and also you can order food online. Owner and staffs are also very polite and helpful.

Superb

The location. Very close to the beach and to many restaurants. Swimming pool was clean. Staff was very courteous and extremely professional. Ms. Jala & Mr. Damodar deserve a special mention. I wish to thank them both for ensuring that my daughter & I had a very comfortable stay.

The rooms had big black ants and saw a couple of small cockroaches emerging from behind the microwave. Apart from that everything was on point.

Our favourite hotel in Goa!

Members of staff were exceptional, very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The property is beautifully looked after, we enjoyed the pool and the immaculate gardens. Every small detail is looked after. Our stay here was perfect, we extended by an extra night because we enjoyed it so much.

Cozy, Peaceful, Amazing Staff

Peaceful stay right in the middle of the city. Super cozy rooms with a fridge and microwave oven. Jala and her team went extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable. I would stay there again for sure. PS : Don't forget to enjoy the pool.
