Clean and comfortable.
Bathroom looking worn in places and could find WI-FI details anywhere.
We were a group of four who all travelled separately. This caused us some concerns with parking. There was plenty of parking in the wider site but could have done with being advised where else we could park

ideal size for what we needed
no instructions to use boiler managed to get hot water no heating though

Unfortunately on the Saturday Morning a gentleman came out of one of the houses and swore at some girls who were stayingt there and when one of them got out of the car he went straight up to her face and swore a lot more, my Granddaughter went out to help and he said he owned one if the houses, He was very large an d had a lot of tattoos.
He was very frightening and I could not recommend this place to my friends,. This is very sad as the place was lovely.

We booked 2 properties and they were both really spacious, fully equipped and had everything we needed. Every room was comfortable and all with en-suites. The location is spot on and so easy to find and get to. Lovely nearby village.
It’s not got the most character in terms of decor but it really cannot be faulted in terms of facilities.

Decent space, warm, good location
would have been good to have access to an enclosed space for the dog to run off the lead. arrival instructions were a bit lacking - no indication of which of the 9 properties was the right one, and the code for the key box was wrong. Luckily the owner answered his phone….

Location was easy to find and quiet. Lots of lovely walks from the Lodge around the countryside and into Wotton. Excellent pub The Royal Oak within walking distance but only in daylight.
Kitchen was very well equipped.
Parking instructions need to be clear so that the residents are not inconvenienced
Shower cubicles too small
Dining furniture uncomfortable
Lounge area small if property at maximum capacity

Spacious property, very clean and well equipped. Good for extended families or larger groups wanting to stay in the same place but have their own space.

Lovely location, perfect for attending a wedding at Cattle Country Farm.
No fuss check in and out, great extra touches so it wasn't a drama I'd forgotten to pack tea bags!
Family friendly for all ages.

Very easy, clean property. Lovely views with everything we needed.
We found the double bed very uncomfortable (foam mattress)with sheet s which kept sliding off, however the rest of the cottage was fantastic.

Most 3 bedroom properties that I have rented previously have a dishwasher.
Owner may wish to review this possible shortcoming

Unfortunately there was no one on site to meet us and let us in , didn't seem to know we were coming , and the payment had to be done over the phone by card ,

Perfect location, was clean tidy and had everything we needed.

Breakfast was not provided but we knew that in advance. The cottages were ideally situated for the wedding venue that was the purpose of the visit.
Better storage in the bedrooms and local tourist information would have been welcome. Information regarding the recycling arrangements and information about whether the beds were to be stripped before leaving at the end of the stay.

Very clean and spacious. Would be a perfect location for a family reunion with multiple families wanting to stay together but in separate accommodation
One of the showers had low water pressure.

Good sized rooms
Bed uncomfortable, plumbing noisy and some items missing or chipped.
7.0
Relatively good all round for our purposes. Good table space, pretty clean, multiple toilets was very useful and the bed arrangements were good. Price was with in budget and proximity of each building was very useful as we rented out all three cottages to stay in.
Tricky for group cooking, much of the kitchen utensils were hit and miss if they were available in each building. Place was a bit rough round the edges in some places, a couple of bulbs were gone or out and some things were a little tatty.
