śniadanie dobre, bez przesadnie wyszukanych potraw, których możnaby się spodziewać za tak wygórowana cenę . Trochę spóźnione, ale ogólnie OK

Przerażające i odstręczające jest pomalowanie ścian w hotelu na ponury szary kolor. W hotelu boutique dość przyzwoicie umeblowanym powinny być eleganckie barwy pastelowe. Pozbyliście się przykrego zapachu szamba (byłem u Was w zeszłym roku) to cieszy, ale gdyby jeszcze inny kolor wnętrz ..... to naprawdę można by ten hotel polecać, chociaż jest dość drogi jak na taka lokalizację.

Everything was fine. Location is 15-20 from Old Town. Parking is free, but you need to ask for parking in advance.

Really disappointed

The place was clean, staff were nice, hotel was very much quality

Room 14 where we were put was a shoebox - you couldn’t swing a cat if you tried…. Twin beds weren’t even next to each other…. Totally ridiculous!!! A couple in their 50s treated like 2 kids with a ridiculous room and for well over £100 a night.. with no breakfast… just rubbish. Avoid like the plague is my advice

Beautiful, super clean and cosy hotel with excellent service and safe parking. We spent one night at this lovely hotel and it was super pleasant. The room was beautiful, super clean and it had all we needed. There was indoor parking which was great to park our motorcycle safely overnight. The lady at the reception was so hospitable and helpful. We felt welcomed and looked after. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable.

I find strange this "reservation policy". Booking describe it like "no prepaid needed" and "you'll pay when you stay at hotel". This was important for me, because I've booked hotel not for myself. And this was a main reason, why I pick this hotel beyond others, as other hotels required to pay in advance. During the booking process, they asked for my card for guarantee and say that property has right "to pre-authorize the card" just to make sure, that reservation won't be cancel. It's OK to make pre-auth and cancel it while arrive, but why reception say that room is already paid? Please removed "no prepaid needed", as you immediately charged the card for whole booking and called it as payment. How is it not a prepaid booking?

Far from Krakow center, you need Uber or public transport. The breakfaat needs improvement of diverse choices, not really inspiring.

Loved it here

Stayed here twice now; very pleased both visits. It’s in a quiet part of town. Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Felt very homey. Easy walk to everything but away from the riffraff. Free parking was also nice.

Internet was spotty but that’s pretty common throughout Europe.

Beautifully clean, the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Wouldn’t have changed anything about our stay and would most definitely recommend it!

Superb

I wanted a room with one big bed, but instead I was settled into a room with two small beds. Also, the bedroom is very cold - like in Kyiv underground with marble walls :) So, I had to have climatization on all night (I opened a door into the bedroom, as I wanted in the morning to have a warm bedroom).

The staff is super lovely, place is great and breakfast was super tasty and varied) loved it all

Yet, I could hear every single step or word by the neighbors. Could take part in the conversation of the people on the room next to mine.. yet still i would come here again, so lovely the place is!

Super Old House in very convenient quiet location

Everything. The people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing - lots of choice and they made delicious scrambled eggs. The house had a rich history and the room was great. Bathroom was small but functional. Will return

We enjoyed our stay in this boutique-sized hotel in a nice neighbourhood. We stayed at a superior family room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The reception staff was friendly and attentive. They arranged us a parking spot free-of-charge and accommodated our dog. We enjoyed our short stay here and would definitely book it again next time we’re in Krakow!

A bit disappointing

Very calm and quiet location, OK breakfast (mainly from the choices of the menu card), comfortable bed.

The interior design was a bit different than on the pictures. We paid approx. 5% more than in the original reservation. The battery in the aircon was almost empty, the TV remote was not working. We wanted to have the free on spot parking spot, we have been told that "this was unnecessary" as there was a National Holiday during our stay. One had to give their choices for breakfast and indicate a breakfast time which we did not understand afterwards - the venue has a buffet style breakfast, not an a la carte one. Erratic and slow wifi.

Excellent location, nice rooms, but not really a four-star hotel

The hotel is located in a very nice part of town and has been professionally renovated. It is convenient for sightseeing in the main historical section of Krakow. Our room was spacious, though a friend residing in a double room on the 2nd floor had a much smaller room for roughly the same price.

The breakfast was a major disappointment and not worthy of a four-star hotel. Also, service was sometimes spotty: excellent at times, but unacceptable at other times. Our room was on the ground floor, and we were exposed to noise from the lobby late at night.
