Loved my bed, breakfast and friendly host.
Didn't like the Mosquito's. We arrived back late and I couldn't find the mossie plug in. I only had a few hours sleep. I had both fan and windows open because the heat was oppressive. Apparently we should have closed the windows. It really was too hot to.

Hayley was so friendly and welcoming, which encouraged all other guests to be friendly and chatty too, so no awkward silences at breakfast! The house was immaculate and the views and shared spaces were perfect. Comfy beds and we slept like logs - I just wish we could have stayed longer!
It would have been good to know when booking that the shared bathroom was on a separate floor - it was close but for my 70+ Mum the stairs were a bit tricky in the night.
4.7
Room was very comfortable, fan worked great and was able to keep cool.
Maybe add a hand soap in the bathroom :)

Hayley is the most fantastic and accomodating host- nothing is too much trouble and her cleaning and attention to detail are amazing.
Rooms are very hot at night but there’s not much that can be done about that unless you want to open windows and let the mozzies in!

Spotlessly clean, brilliant facilities. Peaceful and Hayley, the host, was soooooooo lovely. Breakfast was fantastic. Easy going, great place to stay.
Some people may not like that there is no TV in the room but we found a great new board game and laughed lots. Not really anything that could be improved. The hosts have it covered.

15mins walk into town centre
There is nothing I disliked

Great location
Handy to everything in and around Oneroa
A more substantial cover over the top deck would help, it was too sunny to sit out there without cover, but umbrella didn't appear it would stand up to the wind, an arch goal or similar would be idea
Room was very hot overnight, something that air cond would fix

have the space all to ourselves was an excellent bonus.

Hayley was the most amazing host. She created a very relaxed and warm and welcoming atmosphere and responded to all our questions and needs beatifully. Having such an amazing host made all the difference to us. We loved our stay at Kiwihouse.
I forgot all about the breakfast that was included. Maybe some communication about it somewhere and the time when it is available would help.

There is nothing not to like about Kiwi house.

The room are very clean and comfortable - all our needs were attended to very well.
It would have been good if the rooms had mosquito screens as I was bitten a lot at night.

Harley was the perfect host, friendly, cheerful and helpful. The room and bathroom were spotless, clean and cheerful. the grounds were peaceful and pretty.
Nothing of note.

Wonderful reception. Beautiful patio area that we thoroughly enjoyed. We were met with so much kindness. Would love to return when our travels allow. Really great value. Worth every cent! Thanks for all.👍

Definitely a good location, easy walking to the hub. A bright, very clean and lovely feel, place to stay. Plenty of tea and coffee both downstairs and upstairs always available. Lovely owners, very friendly.
Only one thing, the rubbish at the upstairs tea making area, just outside our room, was still there from the last people, when we arrived, and was still there the next day not smelling good, and we had to buzz Reception to ask for it to be taken away. Was fixed up immediately.

Hayley was amazing to organize our trip with. We had a couple questions after booking, prior to arriving and she answered them so quickly. We also happened to be stuck there when ferry's back to Auckland were cancelled and were luckily able to extend our stay an extra night. Would highly recommend to anyone staying on the island to check out Kiwi House.

Hayley welcomed us, so friendly and informative. Beautiful place to stay. We were a party of 12 attending Wedding, perfect.

We loved everything about Kiwi House. Excellent for an adult family experience. We booked the whole house for my 60th birthday and had an awesome time. Close to shops, beach and everything Waiheke has to offer. The large deck was a great place to spend time as well. Everything had been thought of - couldn’t fault it!!
