About this cabin rental
This luxury log cabin condo sleeps 8 and features 2 bedrooms (new mattresses- king in master, two queen beds in upstairs bedroom as of 3-4-2024)- queen sleeper sofa in living room- with soft linens), 2 bathrooms, HD Cable TV, Free Wifi, covered front porch, and outdoor deck complete with patio dining furniture and strung cafe lights. Perfect even for 2 adult couples, our cabin comfortably accommodates up to 7-8 people, especially if you have smaller kiddos that could share the sleeper sofa! Our property is dog friendly, too. *Note: this unit is a part of a log cabin four plex and sits at the top of about 15-17 steps.
Woods Edge Cabin Unit 4-4 is situated in what the locals call the 'quiet side of town'. There's easy access to all Branson attractions and area lakes, yet nice and quiet for a relaxing vacation. Our guests love our log cabin condo, the unique and tasteful decor, and the sense of rustic high-end quality at reasonable rates. Taneycomo Lake, the fisherman's lake, is just a short 1/2 mile drive from our cabin. There, you'll find a full-service marina and dock.
Table Rock lake is a 3 minute drive from the cabin.
Excited to visit/see Christmas lights at the Nationally known Silver Dollar City? You're in luck! We are only about a 15 minute drive from there.
LOVE antiquing? Want to hit a fun atmosphere with great dining and shopping? The Branson Landing is about a 15 minute drive from here!
We are excited to say that we are pet friendly!! We have a two pet maximum and ask that pets weigh no more than 30 pounds each. Our pet fee is $15 per night per pet plus tax, and VRBO will automatically only calculate for one pet for two nights. Additional payment requests will be sent if your pet details exceed one pet for two nights. Please specify your pet details when booking. *We ask that pets stay off furniture and beds at all time please, and that they be kenneled when guests are not in unit. If there is visible evidence of pets having been on beds, (pictures will be provided) guests will be responsible for a $100 upholstery cleaning fee.
*This unit sits at the top of about 15 steps, so there is a staircase that would have to be climbed to access unit. This unit is not wheelchair accessible.

We absolutely loved the beauty, peace and quiet of our cabin and area. Just minutes away from all the fun and excitement in Branson.
Our cabin met all of our needs and was so homey and comfortable. I loved and appreciated the religious decor as well as the country theme.

Overall its a better option than a hotel but the cabin is not child safe. The door lock wouldnt let us in half the time there are nails coming up on the outer stairs the banister is loose. There is alot of issues with this property that needs addressed. We had trouble with the ac unit. It was a great choice for adults but if you have young children or elderly id highly suggest seeking out better suited arrangements. The location was cramped you could hear other people in the surrounding cabins. By appearance it is as if 1 big cabin was divided into quarters and each has a tight single parking space. Our doggos were content there our child spent only one night with us and it was exhausting. The furniture is fine we found it uncomfortable and they didnt want pups on the furniture (we placed blankets and bags on the couch since we couldnt keep our dogs off) all in all it was an ok stay. We got stuck outside trying to get the lock to work every time and a few of those times were miserable due to needing the bathroom.another door issue was the back deck door didnt lock. It just had a piece of wood at the bottom acting as a wedge to prevent it from opening. We couldnt figure out how to turn the volume up and down on the tv and they were missing a few kitchen essentials. We ended up avoiding cooking due to some things missing and the age of the cabin. We didnt want any blame if anything broke on us.

I am thoughtful in my review of this property and wish I could give it five stars. The furniture in the living room is worn and bottomed out. The flattened cushions sink to the floor. We found a towel in one of the upstairs beds, so this discouraged us from sleeping inside the sheets of it or the master; we slept on top of the comforters with our own blankets. The onsite handbook orders the guest to start a load of towels, take trash down a hill to the dumpster and load and start the dishwasher before checking out. It read that if you complete these things, a service fee would be refunded. We have not received a fee refund as outlined on the guest to do list. The rug in the sitting area was dirty. My little dog was trying to get stuck on food off it. Ew! I wiped up a small water spill in the kitchen area with paper towel and the towel was black with dirt. The unit has ann odd odor. Not fresh. Smells dusty and stale. The cleanliness and comfort didn’t meet our expectations. We had neighbors one night whose children we could hear screaming and banging on the walls. I would have contacted the renter prior to leaving this review, but there was no way to reach them once the trip is completed. For the short trip it was sufficient, however, I would not book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this little cabin. It was exactly as described, clean and the owners were very responsive when we had a question while checking in. The location was very convenient for checking out the town. I will say that the walls are a bit thin, you can hear the neighbors going up and down the stairs pretty clearly. But that’s part of being in a fourplex so not unexpected. We would stay here again for sure.

LOVELY!!! We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon. Short driving distance from major attractions in Table Rock, Branson, & Springfield. Very nice amenities including washing detergent, dryer sheets, & dishwasher soap to name a few! Extremely romantic two person tub with jets that work!! and a shower upstairs in the loft area. The loft area is adorable!! Exactly as pictured on VRBO listing, extremely clean, easy check in process and check out process, located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood we even saw a family of deer cross our yard! The property owner was extremely helpful, messaged us back within minutes to answer any questions we had, and they had the Christmas tree lit up and Christmas music playing for our arrival! She’s awesome!!! I cannot say enough good things about this property it was just what we wanted for our first week married and more! We definitely will stay here again!!!!🤗🤗🤗

The property was alright, would have like a more updated property but on a short notice trip it’s what we got. With it being a quad plex setting we could hear others around us , including when neighboring dogs would bark. The owners were definitely responsive and helpful when asked anything. Was a nice family place just not what we wanted as a couple to get away for a few days.

Nice place away from all of the traffic, my kids loved the comfortable beds upstairs, the bed downstairs could use a new mattress, my husband and I both woke up with back pain but overall a nice place. I wouldn’t recommend if you have mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs just to get to the front door, the parking is not ideal but we made it work. Also it could use a shower downstairs as we all had to take a shower upstairs.

The cabin was very nice. It was extremely hot while we were in Branson. We did wish there were more towels, we only had 3 upstairs and 3 downstairs. That meant I had to wash a load of towels and washcloths every day. The owner was extremely helpful in all the information we needed.

We loved the property and the owner was fantastic to work with. The listing was very accurate. One thing we missed in the listing which was clearly stated was the main bathroom had a jetted jacuzzi tub. We thought it would also have a shower. We also thought the lightning was a little dark to play board games. The property had everything we needed though and we had a great time. We will definitely book with Desta again if the opportunity arises.

I am a full time caregiver for my husband with parkinsons so i do not leave the house much, i have to stay with him. Hospice provided 5 days in a nursing facility so that i could get away for respite. My daughter and Grandaughter brought me to Branson and we stayed in this perfect vrbo ! It was lovely met all our needs and close to so much fun!

We used the condo as a home base for myself and my three grandchildren to visit Silver Dollar City and Branson. It's a convenient location, about halfway between both. The unit was clean and well-maintained and much more convenient and roomier than a hotel room at about the same price.

We enjoyed this cute cabin! There were 4 adults who stayed here and we found this to be plenty of room. The upstairs beds were a little wiggly, but we found them comfortable enough for our 3-night stay. Couches and lounging chairs were nice.
The upstairs shower was lacking in water pressure but it wasn’t unusable. Those of us that used the bath tub had no complaints! All toilets and sinks worked. :)
Pans, pots, dishes, and utensils were available for use. We had to supply cooking oil, baggies, foil, etc ourselves but there were paper towels and soap to use.

Checkin was easy & the cabin was very clean. The beds were comfortable, washer/dryer convenient, full size fridge nice, coffee pot clean, & dishwasher was helpful. The hot water ran out quickly when 4 of us needed to shower though. I also was under the impression from the description that the cabin was more secluded & thought at first it would be noisy but it wasn’t. The air conditioner worked great & it was really hot outside. My 2 granddaughters loved the huge tub with jets! My daughter & I wished there was more pressure from the shower but it worked. Over all, it was a great price for that size of a cabin & we had a great time. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Branson.
