La. Habitación era espaciosa, la cama muy buena . El baño cómodo
La escalera era con mucha pendiente . No había una jarra eléctrica para poder hacerse un te.

Konumu harikaydı. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok kibardı
Otelde adım attığınız an yerler gıcırdıyor. Duvarlar da ince olduğu için üst kattaki kişiler yürüdüğü an büyük gürültü çıkıyor.

Location amazing, right next to the Belfry. Completely walkable to all of the sights in Bruges - absolutely the best part about the property. The restaurant it is attached to is excellent as well - recommend the beef stew.
Definitely needs an update. Particularly the bathroom. It only had a thin shower curtain and was quite drafty and cramped. The building is very old and historic, so understand it can't be fully modern.

Great location. Comfortable beds.
The room is very very basic and extremely hot even though it was 15 degrees outside. You need to pay to use the hair-dryer. Beware of extra charge for twin bed arrangement. Even though it says 5 euro on here, they wanted to charge me 10 euro. Also city tax per person. Only would take cash for these fees.
The hotel manager stopped my friend from coming up to my room saying they were not allowed. I was getting my jumper after dinner before a night time walk around town.
I was also questioned for people that walked into the lobby area (as front door was open) and questioned if I let them in - but the front door was left open..
Overall very uncomfortable stay due to the hotel manager acting like the hotel was his personal house and physically stopping my friend from coming with me to my room to retrieve my jumper. Would only recommend staying if you are desperate.

The location was excellent to get into the heart of Bruges.

Location at the centre of Brugge
Very small room, very small bathroom, no elevator, only old stairs very tight and dangerous. We had to get our luggage by ourselves on the 1st floor

A bad experience
The host canceled two weeks after confirming my booking, on the afternoon that we were supposed to check in. We had to organise alternative accommodation at a few hours notice.

The location is superb.
The staff at the reception is very friendly.
Not enough amenities for the stay. The outside noise in the night (but this is not the fault of the hotel).
The room was not made during the stay

- No personal
- Strong smell of cigarette inside the room
- Old furniture
- 25€ extra fees in cash because of 30 min late for check-in

The location was great. Lots of hot water. A comfy bed.
The room was very tired & very basic. No mirror or sideboard. We had to put everything on the floor. The bathroom was filthy with a shelf falling off.

Location
When I arrived I rang the bell and nobody show up. I was waiting outside in the rain and cold. Finally when the man arrived he was not polite. The room was ok, not hoy special. The bathroom has no carpet and there was not shampoo.

The location
Unprofessional, disrespectful, useless customer service. Misleading pictures, small bathroom, bad views, barely working tv, no bin in the room, only 1 very small and thin soap provided in the bathroom, smells, PAPER thin walls, impossible to stay in the room because of this issue. The owner refused to talk to me over the phone, they didnt offer alternative options nor give me refund because I had to leave and find an another hotel last minute! Do not be fooled by the pictures and PLEASE do yourself a favour and find an another hotel, there are so many in the area.

excellent location and comfortable bed.
This accommodation should be classified as Hostel, not Hotel for the following reasons:
1) Check in is only possible until 10pm. Unfortunately my flight was delayed 2 hours which considerably delayed me getting to Bruges. As it happened I got to the hotel at 9.45pm! I was a lone lady guest and I dread to think what would have happened to me if I had arrived past 10pm. Fortunately for me I have family in Bruges, but otherwise I could see myself staying the night homeless !
2) My room was only serviced once during my 4 night stay!! I could not believe walking into my room and finding the bed unmade, etc.
3) only form of heating was a very small electric radiator for the size of the room, and no heating at all in the bathroom. I was very cold.
4) I never saw a soul in reception during my stay.
I did send a message to the hotel about the servicing of my room, etc, but I never had a response.

great location, large room, comfortable beds
very basic facility for the price, no fridge, tea making facility or coat hooks to hang up wet clothing. they kindly lent me a hairdryer as there wasn’t one in the room, but when I plugged it in it tripped the fuse so we had no power

Location was excellent.
Booked a room with two single beds. The day before my arrival, I received a message informing me two single beds would be subject to availability. On arrival we found we had been booked into a double bed room. The gentlemen checking us in, informed us that they don't provide two single bed rooms anymore. On inspection of the bed, it became apparent it was two single beds pushed together with a double bed mattress cover and duvet on top.

Great location. Bed was fairly comfortable. Linens were clean. Check in and out was easy.
Where most hotels try to dampen sound between rooms, this one had figured out a way to amplify sounds from all rooms. In fact, there was a hole in the ceiling going from above my bed to the room above. Walls and carpet were dirty. Not sure breakfast was actually an option because we never saw any and they didn't offer it to us.

Bathroom needs a deeper clean.

Location, staff really nice
It was a little noisy at night, but it is in the centre so not much can be done about that!
