Des cheveux dans la douche encore mouilles .Le parking pas simple toutes les places sont réservées dans le lotissement Et la literie insuffisante

The studio was cozy. I slept well on the mattress. I’m satisfied.

Accessibility of the property. Bedroom was clean.

I wish there was an iron in the room. Even if it’s was a Saturday, I wish there was someone to answer to some practicals questions.

Expect to be left at your own. No contact whatsoever possible outside their short office hours. I got two messages with 3 codes each. Two codes were right on the first message, and two were wrong on the second. Entering the building felt like playing an escape room. The secure box to get your key it's the same to do checkout, I left my key there inside the black drawer were it's writen "depot de clé" so " checkout" in french, one they after they sent an email saying they couldn't find my key... I had to call them several times and send several emails to explain to them where the key was in their own box!!!! They finally foung it. Now I have been asking for an invoice for two weeks now... still no answer.

Simple accomodation but dreadful location.

The accomodation is simple and clean. There are vending machines on the ground floor including a coffee machine which is very convenient. The staff are very nice and accomodating, except the weird must take out your bins or pay SIXTY EURO.

The location is outrageous. It is far and impractical. Especially in a city with little public transport, including taxis. There are practically no walking paths to get to this place which is bizarre to say the least. The threat of paying €60 if you don't take your own rubbist downstairs is too much.

i was to arrive on a Sunday (which I had booked and paid for), however I wasn’t told that this place was ‘closed’. no one in reception to let me in. every number I had called didn’t answer… I ended up having to spend extra money booking another hotel…. DO NOT GO HERE!

Overall- for this amount of money it’s ok

Under bed very dusty, dust everywhere- I need clean by my self, shower cabin very very small , in the room should be coffee maker or just kettle, it’s very important in this weather to have fan

cheap student appartment

Only parking is on the site, Wifi is OK

It was so hot and we couldn't sleep at all for a whole night. The bed and kitchen are so closed. Although we were two persons, we couldn't sit down together. The temperature was less than 25 degree, but ventilation system was bad. It is always too hot. Also from the beginning, they don't use cancellation policy. We complained for this unconfortabiliby, but they could't accept any cancellation. We wasted our money as we didn't want to stay there.

Kitchenette and the fridge. Nice localisation. View from the room on the mountains. Well priced vending machines.

Sink and shower in the bathroom could have been bigger. No air conditioning. Internet blocks some sites even if they are completly legal...

Inexpensive and adequate place / base to explore this superb part of France

On the positive side: The staff at the reception is super nice and helpful. It was a pleasure to interact with them. The studio comes with a tiny kitchenette with basic kitchenware. This really comes handy in times of COVID 19 when all restaurants are closed. The residence has a few parking spots available for guests at no charge. Finally, the price is relatively cheap for France and at the end of the day should be considered in any overall assessment of "Les Portes d'Espagne".

On the "not so good" side: The studio is rather small and its sofa bed is definitely not as good as a "real" bed. The shower area is super small. And for us, a little bit of a question mark regarding the heater which did not seem to work in our room... the early morning wake-up call was a little bit cold. Yet overall, the place was more than adequate for our 2-night stay, esp. since we spent most of the day outside exploring this superb area.

Too expense for the value

Easy check in

Smelling tabaco room called non-smoking. Small bathroom, very small shower, dirty walls, small and uncomfortable bed. No air condition, hot air inside. Not working wifi. Dirty area. Person in charge rejecting the complains in ironic way.
